Just wondering about this topic,You would have to be moving kgs of powder or dealing for the dea or local LE to invest their time or are they pity enough to go after a person for a few bottles or test or a couple of grams of raws

I really don't know man, but I speculate it depends on your area, and your history. If I was in my bumfuck hometown with my prior history...they'd probably hastle me about some RC chems. I really don't know if there is a solid answer for you but you could start a thread and ask others opinions. I would think if you are going to mess around maybe keep your orders small, stick with domestic, no signature, maybe use a different addy or name if you could. But this is strictly hypothetical and not to be misconstrued as advice or indication of past experience.

Besides the fact that I am clueless about brewing I would think its a bit more nerving to order raws for the simple fact that I am manufacturing. Not sure if they would care about the quantity in this case but just that I am making it. One day I probably will take the time to learn how to do it myself and would also like to know how raws are looked at from LE. If its looked at any harsher than ordering pre-made gear ?

Mixing powder in oil is a lot easier than you think, doesn't take a chemist.
An oldschooler always told me to never sign unless you absolutely must and even then...upon delivery write "RETURN TO SENDER" and don't open it for a few days.

OK...If they've kicked your down already then it makes no difference whether you signed or not, and you actually don't want to open your mouth AT ALL to the arresting officers. You'll find out soon enough what they have or don't have. As a rule a controlled delivery is made after they already have previous reasons to get a warrant.

If your source is not asking for signature and USPS is asking you to sign,
