10 x 10 squats with 145. Crippling pumps but I did it with 60 second breaks. Thats what I call a rest day...

had a tough time eating today- still have to force down a big block of turkey meatloaf and a sweet potato before bed... sounds like a ghrp2 shot tonight instead of hexarelin.

I better see significant strength gains with this tbol tomorrow because I don't see one good side to taking it- back pumps and water weight. Big fucking deal.

21 sets is nice! Trumps my 15...this thread brings out the best of meso fellas! I'm so glad to be a part of this forum :)

Well I guess it's how you count it.. Side laterals I started with the 45's for 10 reps then 35's, 25's, 15's all for 10, maybe 5-10 sec between sets while re-racking.. Some may count that as 1 big drop set but for as intense as that shit is I count it as 4 in my mind..

Also did regular sets of 3-4 of front raises, behind the neck press, dumbbell press, cables for rear delts, upright barbell rows, front shrugs, behind the back shrugs, and some other cable shit..
 
Lots of shoulder work, I keep it simple w shoulders presses and lateral raises. Probably cause it's my least favorite body part to train...

I still prefer dbol to tbol, in fact I prefer dbol to any other "mass" oral.
 
Ok party people- excellent day at planet shithole (we are joining golds this weekend.)

10 sets 10 bench added TEN lbs with zero fails; last week I failed twice on last couple sets. Big jump. Jballz did incline and I did flat- tearing pain in shoulder when I tried incline. I intermittantly have trouble doing incline, but rips and peptides have joints pretty swollen- I am not concerned and flat bench was fine.

10 sets 10 wide grip pull up. Reduced assist by 15 lbs and we both are about ten lbs heavier than we were last week, so 25 lb jump. Nice.

5 sets 10 incline db chest flys.

5 sets 10 bent barbell rows

Push ups to fail 3 sets

I know I keep whining about back pumps but I still have them bad- I love the way the rest of my body feels but my lower back feels like two pieces of molten stone. I am not taking tbol today or tomorrow until post workout- I am hoping to have 500lbs up in the air tomorrow. Oils are starting to flow- fatigue disappears in between sets, appetite kicking up and the front of my neck (I guess you would call that a throat) is getting sweaty- it always does when that volume gets turned up!
