Thanks....I'll be waiting...lolHuck has it right. This is the only way to do it if you are using more than one 45. The key is getting the right chain length IMO.
The chain in the video is longer than I like, the plates end up in between his knees. When the plates are that low and you are doing a higher rep set they are hard for me to hold in that position and if you loosen up pressure with your knees they shift a little and distract me from the set itself.
I prefer to hold the plates between my thighs with a shorter chain where I can control them better but you have to be careful to make sure you don't have the chain too short and put your nuts in danger.
I'm going to do dips using the Dave Tate "hoodie on" method on Friday and I will video tape them from the side and post it for MgHoward.
