Blood work review & solid advice needed.

Hello. I'm having a lot of problems getting my regimen straightened out. I've been to two endos (both female) already and neither of them were competent or even close to it.

One of them looked me in the eyes and tried to tell me that a total testosterone level of 131 was not low. LOL. What a moron! I am now attempting to have my GP take over my treatment. He has always been receptive to my suggestions in the past and my appointment is in a few days.

My symptoms are bad lethargy, moodiness/depression, just lost my zest for life. Don't feel like leaving my house & that's NOT me. Used to be very active. Also, eating 6 meals/day with at least 1,000cals. over maintenance & solid supplementation coupled w/dedicated weight training put very little weight on me.

My background:
44yr old male.
5"11
186
14% body fat approx. but lean looking.
•Been into lifting/dieting for nearly 20 years.
•Never juiced but did a few brief cycles of transdermal 19Nor Androstenediol before it was outlawed.
Current Medical Conditions:
•Recently diagnosed with Secondary Hypogonadism. A recent MRI showed nothing wrong with my pituitary/brain.
•Severe IBS D & Acid Reflux - which has rendered me unable to work. (Currently searching for work from home opportunities).
•Pre-Diabetic. A1C is 6.3. but careful monitoring/dieting proves glucose to be stable for now.

•Blood work•

Total Test: 287 (250-1100)

***Even though I've requested additional tests: Estradiol, Prolactin, etc. my lazy Endos refused.

I'm attempting to have my GP keep me at 200mg. but increase The frequency to once every week. Could you guys please offer your opinions on all of this? I would greatly appreciate it as I desperately want/need my life back!!! Thank you!!!

Hi, Tendency. No, I still feel run down & have all of the other symptoms as well. There has been a slight improvement in the energy dept. but overall, not good. I've read numerous accounts of other men stating how they "feel like Superman" or how they're experiencing a night n day difference. I'm nowhere near that - 14 weeks in and my bloodwork backs this up.

Lets see here you can't work bc IBD and GERD has disabled you. Really, please try again!

I don't believe it's pure coincidence you have omitted you psycho-social "backround" bc reading thru your post, anxiety/depression are no doubt major contributors.

Fella if you think these complaints will be effectively remedied by correcting your initially DECREASED TT level, your kidding yourself big time!

Goodness those "lazy endo's" have already performed MORE TESTING than what was necessary, yet I guess to prove they are GTG as ENDOS, you believe NORMAL TESTS should be repeated. To prove what!!!!

You DONT NEED "MORE TESTING" the problem is psychiatric until proven otherwise!

One can only hope you are being evaluated by a MHW yet failed to mention it!

YOU ARE A TOTAL JOKE DR JIM.

I will stop reading your posts from now on and THANK GOD that you are not my doctor.

I feel very sorry for your patients (If you actually have any that is).

My suggestion is to call a local compound pharmacy and ask who they refer. You should get a list of doctors. Then call the docs on the list... not Dr. Jim..and make sure they take your insurance.

You don't deserve a "special" response bc it's already LISTED on my profile CLOWN.

Incidentally isn't it ironic those whom are complaining about my post on this thread, have no earthly idea WTF I was referring to, bc NEITHER are the OP.

I call them like I see them, you don't like it to bad. :)

What qualifies any of you to dispense medical advice, critique the medical advice of the doctors you have seen or decide the probability @Dr JIM is a physician? You come on the internet asking what your problem is- how is this not the most irresponsible way to procure a diagnosis?

Since you seem to already know everything why don't you tell us what the problem is? People like you guys make me sick... I feel a couple of you might be the same person, but regardless you seem to be an ignorant, arrogant bunch. With the ops transparent false bravado and obvious hatred of the opposite sex (pointing out both endos were female) I can tell your dick hasnt worked in some time.... but to come here with your hand out and spit in the face of those offering their two cents is pathetic. You should see a shrink- it's in your head. In the head you don't get that is.

2) Do you feel well?

And who the hell are you big man?

You need to work more on figuring out the IBS. That's way more of a problem than your TRT dosing.

Head Damaged Clown YOU ARE the one who said someone "was lying" I only said TRT was NOT going to remedy the OP's existing complaints (and he even admitted that is indeed the case) and thus should seek the aid of a MHW if he hasn't already.

Perhaps if you would pull that head out your ass you could actually hear what others are recommending fool!

Dr Jim didn't some member once tell you that high speed internet porn and masturbation causes problems in men?

Your answer was bs it doesn't happen.

Read this and tell me if that guy was lying?

That blog site you referenced is a very reliable citation, Hormonally_Damaged.

It's way more credible than The Onion and the National Enquirer. Who needs the New England Journal of Medicine when we have Anabolicmen. ROTFLMFAO

Remember when I told you people only read your posts for the entertainment value? Well, this post is your best work yet. I'll be laughing for a good long time.

You can't expect too much from WhoreMoan_Chanted. This is the dude whose TT is supposedly low because he can't stop playing with himself, yet the only person on the board he's following is the new female member. Has her pic on his profile page too. Sounds like a bit of a pervert to me.

Maybe someone should let her know what he's using her pic for.

And to think this clown is "allowed" to offer advice on Meso.

Nonetheless with that tidbit of info, I'm delighted he doesn't "follow my posts" anymore, F me.
