Cardio

Bodybuilding forums are generally filled with people who rely heavily on AAS and commercial sports supplements. They spend 10x as much time learning about steroids and supplements than they do learning about training. Now if were more receptive to training knowledge and spent 10x learning about training, maybe S&C experts would be more interested in helping.

It's unfortunate. What I'd like to see is well-thought out training protocols that strategically incorporate AAS specificially to make the program more effective rather than creating the "ideal" AAS cycle first and then adding the training.
TRUTH!

This is what I was hoping to find but instead realized that it is what I must figure out on my own. I know I'm not the first in this position but it sure feels like I am a trailblazer for aas and sports performance.

I've always done sprint intervals for cardio....never any long distance. I burn more calories quicker and feel more power. I mean shit take a look at a sprinters body compared to a marathon runner.

Not a cardio guy... never been able to find the balance that works, got too sucked up the only time I went full boar on the cardio.

I love me some tren lol

Yes, I want to keep as much muscle while cutting. Im going for a slow cutting process. Last time I cut I lost a ton of muscle and got way too skinny. I think some people get overly motivated to lose bf and end up fucking themselves with muscle loss.

You lost muscle while cutting too aggressively? What gear were you on at the time? I'm currently headed into a cut and I am like the people you describe, I tend to get too motivated and start dropping hard-earned muscle. I'm hoping to utilize aas to my advantage and be able to retain as much muscle as possible. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I wasnt running gear last time I cut. Like yo said, its easier to cut whie keeping muscle mass while on gear. You can do all kinds of stuff to maintain, my favorite is test, tren, mast. You can also do test with winny if youre just starting out. Alot of guys like clen and t3 but ive never messed with them. Cutting off cycle you will loose some mass.

30 mins 3x a week on the stairmaster at level 9 with trance/house/drum music pounding in my ears = killer cardio

rowing at least 5 times a week 30min to 45....to keep from boredom I watch tv episodes of my favorites...

I do the same thing.
I also fantasize Im on a placid lake and way off in the distance is a small deserted island. On the island there are all these cheerleaders I think from U of M. Blue and gold right? And there in various states of undress and cheering me on, pom poms and all. Jumping up and down.

Been eager to try the rowing machine in my gym. Although it doesn't have a heart rate output on it like the other cardio equipment.
