hmm i was thinking the other day with all these ways 2 train and so forth its almost imposible not 2 be confused ...but after watching alot of dragon ball z it made me think some ..why not train behond what normal people do who says u have 2 train this long or that long? why not start with a few sets per body part slowly add sets over months starting slowly at say 30mins adding more sets as time goes on ..and going from 30 min workouts too 1 hours workouts too 2 hour workouts too 3 hours workouts too 4 hour workouts..and keep slowly pushing the body till it becomes super human were it is a machine imagen how powerfill and strong ur body would be ..if u could train say 8 hours a day and recoperate ..taht be freakn awesome ..imagen if u added sets just right u could train your body too workout up too 4 hours with no soreness ..or u had the mental ability 2 slowly add miles on ur track running..see instead of just heaving iron around u use your mind and think wow slowly progress ..for example u could say run half a mile ..and add another half mile every month..thats 6 miles u could add in a year ..12 miles in 2 years ..19 miles in 3 years ...see your body would be so addaptable 2 the running slowly adding u could do the 19 miles with out sorness and could even press further !!!!!! iamgen this if u can imagen a man running 19 miles then he goes too the gym and does a 3 hour squat workout !!!! could u imagen the potential of that ..that person would be super human..speed beyond regular man ,strength beyond regular man, lol .... what im basically saying what if someone had the idea 2 slowly progress 2 slowly add everything over a period of years he d be like superman !!!!!!!
