I know US customs has been a bit slow due to climate issues, even the packages moving domestically been affected.

Alright, where do i even start? I was among the very first to grab some stuff from Mark.
My initial order (placed Jan 13/14) was:
- 2x Test C, 2x Mast, 2x Primo, 1x Test P
- Express Shipping to EU

I actually have two orders running right now. First one placed Jan 13/14, second one on Jan 23.
The first pack arrived after 18 days. Honestly, the timeline was a bit of a "slap in the face" at first. For that 1st order, the flight wasn't scheduled until Jan 24 -so basically 10 days after I ordered. Keep in mind, I originally paid for Express/FedEx, you can read about this back here ->

For the 2nd order, the flight is set for Jan 30.
Maybe im a bit spoiled, but my last CN orders usually arrived in like 10-12 days total; I didnt expect to wait 10 days just for the parcel to catch a flight. A bit of a letdown for "express" shipping.
A small suggestion for Mark:
Mark, if I can give one piece of helpful advice: Let your customers track their orders themselves. Other vendors like WWB or HYB use KingTrans for this. We already talked about it, but pls find a way to make your internal tracking tool usable for us. It would save you so much time because we wouldn't have to message you constantly for updates... (and maybe try not to let packs sit in China for 10 days before they hit the air lol).
Product Quality & Handling
Package arrived safely and was packed really well, all look evenly filled. A few notes:
- No Crashing: Even with the freezing weather lately, the Test C arrived crystal clear. No crashing at all.
- Unlabeled Vials: They arrived without labels.
- Note on the pics: Ignore the labels in the photos below- I printed and put those on myself to keep track of my stash.
Service & Mistakes
There was a mix-up: instead of 2x Mast and 2x Primo, I got 4x Masteron. Marks reaction was top tier though. He apologized immediately and offered to reship the 2x Primo for free right away. I told him no need to rush, he can just toss them in with my next order. That’s how you do customer service.
->Note: I'm sending a 1ml sample of the Mast to the lab soon.
Final Verdict
In my eyes, Mark is currently the best CN vendor on this forum. I get why some people here have doubts about transparency or honesty lately, but for me personally, I have zero concerns. As long as my Mast lab results look good, he’s my go-to guy.
I already placed a 2nd order (HGH & Peptides) before the first one even left China. Hes a really decent guy and I’m hyped to see the shop grow.
Mistakes like the shipping delay happen - we’re all human. Building a shop like this isn't easy and can be incredibly stressful. Also, the mixed-up items probably aren't even his fault personally; I'd bet that was a mistake by the warehouse staff. For me, what matters most is the reaction, and his response was 100% professional.
