My keto diet

looking for experienced people w opinions on my keto diet I've planned.

Meal 1
7 whole eggs
1/4 shredded cheese
1 Tbsp mct oil

Meal 2
5oz ground turkey
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 avacados
3oz almonds

Meal 3
1/2 shredded cheese
1/2 avacados
5oz ground turkey
2oz almonds

Meal 4
5oz chicken breast
2oz almonds

Macros are
247g fat
53g carbs
212 protein
3300 cals

I'm 6'2 215lbs w all abs visible in morning so about 10-12%bf.

My concern is that the overall cals are to high to lose fat and cut cause I don't believe my tdee w excersise is that high.
 
Diet looks fine but some might say your carbs are to high. If it's the induction phase you will need those extra calories to get through the first 2 weeks before getting into ketosis. Then you can drop some calories if you need to.
 
Take a look at a "fat fasting" its the opposite of what it sound like and it can kick you into ketosis quick.

I agree with ErikR at 53grams of carbs it will be hard to enter keto.
Once in ketosis it should be fine, I can maintain keto at 50 grams but have to be much lower to kick it in.
 
I would drop calories by 500 if you want to see real results . You could probably go down to 2500cal later on if your trying to get really ripped .

I'll cut down on almonds. All my carbs are trace. Mostly from the almonds.
