What is your cardio routine like? Can you give a little more detail about the workouts themselves? I.E. exercises, weight, reps, etc.
Do you do any other routines crossfit, zumba, anything?
As xgunx stated it is difficult for women to get that hard/cut look and if you've used the compounds above and still haven't achieved your goals it is most likely due to something related to your routine and/or diet.
Also without giving a great amount of detail, what type of employment do you have? Meaning is you job a physically demanding position? Or are you at a desk all day?
