I quit the game for 20 yrs , Im not doing it again . This is my mid-life crisis addiction ....Ive already had the Corvette & Harley ;)
Right there with ya. Have done the Harley, speed boat, drag car, and many other things. They were just waste of money looking back. I gave up lifting ten years ago when I had money for the other distractions. Now I want to get back to a simple life with simple pleasures, like big PR's.
 
You are all inspirations to me. Shit I'm 31 an figure my best years of growth were already behind me. I feel like I am running out of time to put on mass. Hopefully I'm wrong on this one lol. I'm not worried about my pr's but I'm obsessed with hitting 200lbs. Im 5'4" an 155-160lbs soooo hopefully I can still give my dream an goal a run for its money;) if I never see 200 I will still be happy with myself knowing that I layed it all out their everytime killed it an gave it my all in my pursuit of happiness anyways:D

Back Day-25 sets

Endurance is crazy. Feel like I could go all day! I get done with a set and the lactic acid sucks momentarily it feels like I just couldn't do any more. But wait! 45 seconds time and I feel like I haven't done anything. Love AAS! Im pushing deeper and harder in to exhaustion. Tapping in to all reserves and calling all muscle fibers to the parade deck. Time to go to war with my self and kill the weakness inside. Dont give in ...CANT give in:mad: Yes im down with the sickness mutherfuckers.

straight arm pulldowns
Superset
wide grip cable rows=5 sets each

Wide grip pulldowns 5 sets
dumbbell rows 3 sets
upright rows 4 sets

AND more straight arm pulldowns cuz i thought i was tapped out but my lats were just fakin it:p3 more sets

20 min cardio

I changed my feet to narrow and I seem to get more power that way. Im mostly concerned for my back.

Maybe ill dawn shades and a fake mustache to...throw off LE

You're like me it sounds. All the guys I lift with go with wide stances on squat and dead lift, but I get more power from keeping my feet directly under my shoulders with my toes slightly outward. Shades n stache may do the trick.
 
The wide stance doesn't that just make less distance traveled. I agree the narrower a stance the more you can drive with your heels equaling more power.

For me the wide stance seems to stress my knees more, and I just can't drive through the lift. I agree in theory that a wide stance should be less effort, but it doesn't work for me. It's a fifty pound difference from wide to narrow on my dead lift, and that to me is all I need to know.
 
Couple weeks ago I found some Tom Platz videos and noticed he squats with his feet practically together. Decided I would try it and honestly its better. Wide stance seemed to make my glutes and hams overly worked. When I went narrow I felt like the weight was binding up my quads and I could explode thru it like a compressed spring.
 
I got a big weekend ahead of me here. Im gonna try to capture my PR. My oldest son turns 8 this weekend and a ton of other shit I gotta squeeze in to just 2 days. Looks like I may have to work as well :( assholes

The boy comes first, but hopefully you can get in the gym and crush that weight on video for us.
 
Kids...they are the most difficult job we have as fathers aren't they? I work an insane schedule so any time during the week is already taken. So that leaves the weekend...

He dont like much anything I like. Which makes it difficult to relate. Hes on the autism spectrum btw. Its a challenge for sure. I introduce him how to turn wrenches and how to fix things, doesnt care. I show him football, doesnt care. I show him exercise, doesnt care. That damn xbox gets worn out tho.

I got a pro tourny style bass boat thats fun as hell. Im hoping in a year or two he'll come around to fishin. Attention span is short with him but wildlife intrigues him. I got work to do. Being a father is tough.

My youngest is 3 and he's so different. Up for any thing. I hope my boys come around to sports like I used to be. Between me and my wife they got a great athletic base, seriously. Terrifying build. I can see it already. They are both in the 96/percent of their age and not a pinch of fat. Love em. Hopefully they grow to be bigger than me. Im a runt at 6'1"

Feels awkward at first especially If you been wide a while. I find it forces my back to stay more neutral cuz my knees stay in front of my belly.
 
6 oz pork chop, 4 eggs, pineapple for breakfast. 60mg dbol.

Gonna hit up the squat rack this mornin. Waiting for the dbol to kick. Im nervous, very nervous. I never had that much weight on my back. Im pretty modest and I dont want to make a scene in the gym with recording and all.

Just remember, you are fighting gravity is all. Gravity is Newtons theory, and as such is nothing more then a theory. It's only as heavy as you think it is, so think of it as light and go crush it!
