Endurance is crazy. Feel like I could go all day! I get done with a set and the lactic acid sucks momentarily it feels like I just couldn't do any more. But wait! 45 seconds time and I feel like I haven't done anything. Love AAS! Im pushing deeper and harder in to exhaustion. Tapping in to all reserves and calling all muscle fibers to the parade deck. Time to go to war with my self and kill the weakness inside. Dont give in ...CANT give in

Wide grip pulldowns 5 sets
dumbbell rows 3 sets
upright rows 4 sets
AND more straight arm pulldowns cuz i thought i was tapped out but my lats were just fakin it
