You need to take a week off then cut your volume in half then work your way back up. Barbell inclines are know for putting a lot of stress on your rotator cuffs. A high volume routine like that can work but only after supercompensation takes place so you will feel like your running yourself into thegroung then you will back off that's when supercompensation happens and your gains will show.
 
Sir if you don't mind me asking . What exercises do you use when warming up for your rotator cuffs? I have bad shoulders as well.. I went had cortisone shots about year and half ago and all has been good, but I always worry about injury.. Thks for any advice really appreciate it..

Internal and external rotation with cable at waist level

Internal an external rotation at high 5 position.

Scapular retraction

Make sure to do corresponding stretches AFTER these exercise
(Supscapularis stretch, infraspinatus, teres major minor, supraspinstus)
