Just wanted to give a little back ground about my self before I ask anyone's opinion on anything. I'm 5'9 and range between 180-195 depending on what I'm doing as far as cycle and diet and time of year. I range between 7% BF and 12% BF give or take. As far as diet goes I have lived and learned to know what my body needs to accomplish my goal. Normally hang around 1.5grams of protein per pound of body weight for cutting and jump to a min of 2g of protein for bulking. Carbs and fat depend on what muscle group I'm working for the day and if I'm cycling carbs or not. I have had a pretty extensive back injury. The 2 lowest disks in my back are jacked. One is completely herniated and degenerating and the other is protruding. I've learned to deal with it and work around it. My maxes on the 3 big lifts are as follows. Flat bench 405. Squat 455. Deadlift 545. I'm happy with my bench but need to get my squat and pulls up. I want to be able over 1500 between the 3. I have done a decent amount of cycles. Anything from test only cycles to tren and eq. I always take my clomid and nolva as PCT. I do take AI's when I feel they are needed by signs of sides. I just recently got some HCG and plan on incorporating that into my next cycle which I plan on running. I've been lifting for 8-9 years straight with the exception of a 3 month break about a year and half ago due to my back. Other than that it's been min of 5-6 times a week every week the entire duration. I love to lift and have no desire to do any comps. It's just fun for me and good stress reliever. Prior to working out I was 135 pounds soaking wet. Forgot if I said my age but I'm 29. I was patient before I started cycling as I wanted to reach max natural potential and I believe I made it pretty close. This isn't my first post but I want to try to add help to others rather it be workouts or diet plans or any other knowledge I can help with
