Hey guys,

I'm Skywalker

Just wanted to take a second of your time and give you all a nice little introduction of myself. Normally, I wouldn't find myself lurking the intro section of a board... However, it seems to be a tradition here at meso, which I also must say thank you! This place is a gem. A gem... A beacon of intelligent sources of information and "skills" that are crazy to see existing on this "side" of the web.. Seems people here share lots of common interests and hobbies that I use to think was rare. Which, I guess this brings me to the point to why I posted here on the intro section, like you all really need to hear about your own board. Lol

Anyways, a little about me... I have two degrees and a few minors from two different colleges. I got into fitness and health because like many I use to be a drug user. Obviously it's not something I proud myself on... But admitting it shows I'm real and no longer care what a person thinks of said individuals...

I could write books on my teenager life and the choices that came with being a self centered ass hole.. However I'm no longer a teen and I'm long from that life. As I said previously, I am not a fitness addict with a degree in kinesiology and in design. My passion for working out is shared with the artistic expression... Which may soubd like queer talk to yall macho dudes, but let's remeber Kai Greene is also an artist.
At the current moment I have ample time on my hands so I'm currently updating client programs, diets, creating websites, tattoos, and brushing up on some of the new digital advertising and design tools.

The ample time comes from my stupid decision to seperate my shoukder when I was 16. Again, this was due to my combination of stupidity and addictions... I waited a long time to get it fixed due to medical implications in the field. To say the least, my shoulder is now 10weeks post op... Going pretty well but still stuck at home being spoon fed by my beautiful asian girlfriend... Oh and don't forget the percocets..

Anyways, that's my long random introduction.. I like to think I have lots of valuable skills for new businesses and the like.. If your trying to learn something, give me a holla.

Welcome to Meso.
It's all good we all have been through shit that we aren't proud of but what matters is what you are now that what you were then.

Thanks for the welcome! And I hear that, I just find that theirs many people out there who look down on past drug abusers and the like.. but little do I care about such people

What's up B!

16 years is quite some time! You have me beat.. You must have some age on me.

It's funny when people see one of "us" doing things we find passionate... They are bewildered and question our discipline.

"No way, he will burn out, just watch. No one can do that."

Again proven wrong. Amazing how an addicts brain works.

Yup i have some time on you!! People that know my story still tell me they cant believe i got outta opiate hell and now im a physical specimen, course i was a gym rat before i became an addict so it was just like going home!!!

You have no idea... I've been away from "home" for three months now. Talk about true addiction symptoms. Lately, Ive been aggressive, lazy, and even slightly depressed! My girl is so annoyed that I haven't been in the gym. Haha

I went for the first time last week to meet one of my clients getting ready for a show.. And I couldnt even touch a weight. Horrible. Was like being around a line of coke and everyone gets some except me.. FML.

Funny how people bitch about going to the gym everyday and I'm over here bitching and complaining about not being able to go..

Not really that much stretch addict to BB.
Obsessive and compulsive behavior are the main theme in both lifestyles.

Welcome to Meso Brother!!

Doing any rehab for that shoulder?o_O?

If not you really should start, get as much as you can.

You could still train legs, right?

Good Luck!

Seven Dog,

Don't remind me . I just got done with the good ol buddy at the pt office, haha.

I started PT about two-three weeks ago and it's going pretty well I guess. Obviously strength is nonexistent at this point but ROM is on its way to being good.

As for legs... I just stopped going for fear I might jerk my arm or do something to it that might mess it up. I'd rather avoid messing it up, especially since I waited about 8 years for this lol.

Hey Pitt!

I agree.. As bad as it sounds, it takes a certain degree of a person to be able to maintain the never miss a day or minute in the gym, perfect macro ratio, gear, no social life.. Kind of life.

What would life be without fitness?

Not one worth living for!
