Hey been reading this forum for about a year. And today I decided to join.

Got my first pre cycle blood done today will have the results in about a week and a half.

Im excited to learn as much as I can here and contribute what I can as well.

Thanks guys haha and yes meek is the shit. One of my current favs. But I must say I like the yelling haha gets me pumped at the gym. But I also rage pantera too hahaha I enjoy yelling.
 
Not sure if i should just jump in some one else’s tread, but fuck it anyways. Yo Im fairly new to the forum. Just started a profile yesterday. I’ve been hitting the gym on and off all natural sense i was 14. 12 years later and im starting to try some shit out. I will be asking some question in the future on this forum, hopefully be able to help out anyone with my education or some stuff i have had firsthand experience with.
