Casto

New Member
Hey guys. I've been stalking this site for a few months now and finally decided to sign up and interact. As my my first post, my aim to merely to introduce myself and to work on making connections with people who have been in my position and can help tactfully advise in any questions that would be best answered by those who've been there, rather than half assed articles and troll ridden idiots.

Welcome casto, tell us a little about yourself, such as stats, goals, age, current lifts, etc.

By stat status I'm still a newb but here goes what I'm at so far
24 years old 5'6" at 180 lbs
Bench- around 200 (low, I know)
Squat- 285
deadlift- 315
overhead press- 120
Barbell row- 175
My goal is to get as big and cut as possible.
I'm eating a lot better than i used to (heavy into boiled chicken and tuna).
Workouts are pretty consistent 5-6 days a week schedule permitting
I'm in school full time and reserve military. I have 2 kids, which eats at a lot of my time, but I make due. Aside from school and family time, I go to the gym, not much else to tell.

welcome brother....Im assuming you havent got any cycles under your belt...?
I do not, not yet. Which is what brought me here. I want to, but finding a good source isn't easy, especially as a newb. Needless to say, skepticism is high. But I'm willing to take it slow and do this right.

All i can say is read ...read ...and read some more...you will discover a source without having to ask for one....

I've eliminated quite I few by reading, narrowing it down to two so far. The biggest help has been going into the underground forum for reviews and comments. The other is checking out the blood work forum and seeing how some have stood against customer testing. I'm sure I still have about a month or so left until I zero in on one. But this forum has been a lot of help so far, and I intend to use it as a source of communication with similar goal oriented people who aren't judging for reasons but assuming everyone has there reason and being supportive of the journey regardless. Kinda cool, personally speaking.
