First physique competiton

So I figured I'd track my progress through my first competition and also first run w tren.

I decided to do this comp on Monday of this week and the competiton is april 25. So I only have a few weeks.

I feel like I'm on track bf wise but I would love to have more size. I was trying to put off my first competition for at least another 6 months so I could get a good bulk in before. But I figuured fuck it.

The cycle will be

Test prop 350/week
Tren a 300/week

I'll bump up tren if I can handle it and drop test in the last week.

Not sure how diet will be as im leaving it in my trainer/coaches hands.

This was my first week of prep and it started horribly. Tuesday I got sick. It was either bad food poisoning or flu. Ate about 300 cals Max on Wednesday and Thursday. I'm feeling better today so I'm gonna ease back into my diet and training.

My other concern is my chest is heavily covered in colored ink. It takes away from the depth, shape, vascularity of my chest. Does anyone know of a way to cover it up?

Current stats are 6'2

5+lbs in 2 days lol. I'm sure mostly water.

So the diet that I was supposed to be on this week and for next few days is as follows

Meal 1
3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
Banana
3oz chicken

Meal 2
6oz chicken
2 cups broccoli
2 oz almonds

Meal 3 (pre workout)
6oz chicken
2 cups sweet potato
Veggies

Meal 4
6oz red meat (ground sirloin 90/10)
1 cup sweet potato
2 cup veggie

Meal 5
3 whole egg
4oz chicken
Spinach

Meal 6 (protein only)
Can be a shake or egg whites or chicken
 
Go with Dreamtan , it really covers up flaws like tatts and scars as well as anything . Nothings going to totally cover your tatts , but you"ll look much better with Dreamtan , available in bronze or red. About $30 ....Goodluck ~Ogh
 
I like that diet you posted..its pretty strict. Do you have the macros?

Just put it through my fitness pal and it looks like

287 pro
120 carbs
96 fat

With the intensity training I do I should still drop weight on this. Especially when I add the tren in. Hoping to have it early next week.

How do you like to train on a deficit?? I am dropping cals and looking to lower volume. Was thinking upper/lower 4 days week abs and cardio off days, focus on maintaining strength

My split is always changing but I usually train 2 muscle groups a day.

Day 1: chest/bi
Day 2: legs
Day 3: shoulder/trap
Day 4: off
Day 5: back/tri
Day 6: repeat day 1
Day 7: rest

But I may change to 1 group a day and train 6 days a week.

I train very high intensity. High volume short breaks in between sets. Sometimes super sets.

My cardio right now is minimal. I walk at 3.5mph for 45 mins 4 days a week

Ok nvm lol. Confident that would have me feelin shitty. PLP split 6 days a week eating at maintenance and I feel overreached at 8 weeks in. Pissing like 6x a night tho :( so it may be sleep related.

Oddly enough I feel better when I eat just under maintainence and increase intensity and cardio. Could be a mental thing but I just feel like a machine burning off fat. Just cleaner. I can't wait for the tren. I feel like I should be able to keep carbs a little higher/be fuller and lose fat.

Still depleted from the flu. Sitting at 207.6lb this mornin.

I think my weight will go to around 210 this weekend w carbs getting in my body.

I looked at the schedule and im actually 5 weeks out today. I'm looking to drop about 5-8lb of actual fat then some water. I think after that my skin will be tight.

Workout was good today. Shoulders traps.

Did some super setting and high rep (15-20) minimal breaks. Actually used the trx bands for a really good workout. Kind of hard to explain but imagine holding them then bringing Ur feet in so Ur body is at an acute angle w the floor. With Ur hands in front of U pull Urself up by doing a should fly movement. Was very effective

You look on track Luca , stay on your diet and try for a nice slow weight loss /cut . And I used the Dreamtan #2 (red bronze) on all my pics ....
 
I saw a tattoo cover up on line, it was done on a guy thats called zombie boy or something like that.
He is completely covered body, head ,face anyway they do a elapsed time video and when they are done the guy looks completely tattoo free.
I dont know the name of the prod but i bet a little digging on the net and you will find it.
Also i saw a photo shoot of Kat von d where she also had her tats covered and looked completely natural.
Just thought I'd add my 2c good luck!!!

Thanks. That's what I'm lookin for that nice slow cut. Not sacrifice size. Tren a should be coming in next week. 4.5 weeks should be enough time to get some benefit from it right?

I'm gonna need a lot of tanning. I'm pale as fuck
