Hello everybody! I'm a new member here. I always come and read through all the forums, but finally decided to register and be a part of them. I'm 19 years old and been seriously bodybuilding for almost 3 years. I plan on competing in the next year or two. I don't use ped's yet, but I likely will soon. Everyone who competes uses aas, so its a matter of time I take my self to that level. My question to everyone is.. How to men's physique competitors stay lean and dry and full all year round? Are they already blasting and cruising or just doing really light cycles?

what are your goals?

My goal is to compete in men's physique in the next year or two. Long term, I want to be a physical therapist and personal trainer alongside. Marketing products and clothing would also be something I would like to do in future. Basically a career in bodybuilding until I'm to old and need to find a better hobby and job haha.

Make this happen and you will be happy and successful. Physical therapy is a huge industry...lots of room to make $$$

Yah exactly, thanks! Seems like everyone is going to school for PT now, so I'm pushing to find a sub path that I can use it with. Been looking into some cool areas of engineering that could use some with a PT degree as well.
