I believe in time on yields results. My first cycle was high school with absolutely no clue what I was using when mass tabs came out. They hit my high school like candy and everyone was taking them. After one time of use at 16 (stupid) I never touched a pro hormone again.

At 20 I started using test only cycles low dose typical 12 weeks on 12 weeks off that got boring.

I then became interested in blast and cruise and would cruise at a trt dose and then blast at maybe 2ccs (600mg) test e a week. Never really uses anything other then test until this year.

I started using prop shooting around 30mg everyday (very low doses work well for me) I added in mast prop at same dose then tren ace at 30mg a day as well and would cycle on and off the tren at a very low dose.

My diet isn't clean by any means but I eat very well if that makes sense. I still love Icecream almost everyday and other simple pleasures. I train for the pump not to be the strongest and I generally do some sort of cardio everyday.

Side effect wise I've luckily never had any during my use, I feel shooting more frequently keeps me very stable. I have a very physically demanding job as well and that keeps me active and healthy. I keep up with all my doctors, blood work, and with my job I have access to doing medical checks every time I'm at work. Which is extremely convienent and working in the medical field I stay up on my research and read ALOT of literature whenever I can on as much as I can about diet, drugs, training and health.

I don't really train for strength so I've never had a day where I just max out but last chest day was a pyramid up to 345x6 with a drop set of 275x15 for 2 sets after all our other sets. I love deadlifting and have pulled 495x5 for 3-5 working sets and squats vary depending on pre-exhaustion work but on a fresh leg day I've squated up to 455 for sets of 3-5. For legs though I'm a firm believer in reps build mass and usually stay around 225-315 for sets of 10 or more. I always go for volume on legs.
