Anybody ever tried the FST 7 Training program

Just trying to get any feedback from the members here?
I know there is no program that is perfect but i still like to try different things to break the monotony!
I usually go with 10-12 on larger parts and 8-9 on smaller bodyparts .
Seems like a pretty good program so if you have tried it lmk so splits,info to share.
 
It is fucking great. Some of the best muscle separation and growth I ever experienced... the seven sets of 12 pump is amazing... as I get used to it I just add additional exercises or sets. The log im running with j ballz has breakdowns of everything we run in our fst7 versions- sets, weights, etc.

@mands was the one who turned me on to it. Good stuff.

Should be interesting changing from a DC type routine to FST.................

I did FST for my last contest prep and I definitely looked pretty volumized from it. Id say it worked well. I heard somewhere that the routine is based around site enhancing oils but not sure how true that is. But I liked it

DC is great too. Im a huge HIT fan but the only issue with those routines for me is after about 6-8wks Im shot and I need a different approach to give my body a break for awhike

I've also heard it was based around site enhancing oils, would be sort of interesting in an odd sort of way if it were true.

Example day one: Chest and biceps

Incline Barbell Press 4x 6-12 1.5 min to 2min rest between sets
Incline Dumbbell Flies 3 x 8-12 1 Min rest between sets
Flat Hammer Press 3 x 8-12 1 min rest between sets
Pec Deck Machine FLies 7x 12 30-45 seconds rest between sets

Barbell curls 3 x 8-12 same
Machine curls 3 x 8-12 same
Alternate Dumbbell curls 3 x 8-12 same
Standing cable curls ( using both arms @ same time 7 x 12 30-45 seconds between sets

As in anything you get what you put into it! I used decent weights and concentrated on mind muscle connection and was blown up muscle size and cardio wise!

I am going to keep doing this tye of workouts for 8-10 weeks and hope to bust through some plateaus!

Let us know how it goes brotha! You do walk out of the gym feeling satisfied for sure.

(lol) I am not going to lie but i am going to hit a small cycle of site oils to the side delts
wk 1 1 ml e/d to each side delt
wk 2 2 ml same
wk 3 3 ml same
wk 4 3 ml same
I have a 100ml plus half of a old one so i might go past the 126 mls to finish it all?

I will do this pre workout and use the workouts to stretch with the pump.
I will be using 25 gauge 1 in pins and last year when i use this brand it was pretty painless,

I am not into the fucked up look like some of them you tube attention whores! They think they are huge:mad:
Besides that shit is mega expensive i couldn't imagine,course some are just plain using any oil they can plunge into them self's even though they will look fucked up!
