If at 19yrs old and a 175lbs you can't produce gains fast enough to where you think you need gear to reach your goals then you really need to grow a pair and learn how to properly train and eat. A kid your age and weight should be able to just look at a barbell and think about a steak and grow, don't be such a pussy.

The only insults I've given where to the 18-19 yr old teenage kids who are running aas and I'm just in doing so. Nobody is to old to learn a thing or two, including yourself. So spare me the "big boy" and "son" nonsense.

Ill spare it when you deserve it, son. Most of your posts are derogatory towards other members. And, yes, I learn plenty here and contribute as well. And you'll also notice I'm pretty cool and have a sense of humor. There's a way to address people and there is a way not to address people.

Just got my domx test c 250 and liquid anastrozole. Injected the test yesterday and having pretty decent pip. I've had a similar pain on my last cycle. It's the kinda pip when I can't flex the top half of my glute. Is this more likely from the gear itself or more from me just injecting bad? I had it happen on my first cycle once halfway through the bottle and finished the rest no pip. This time it just happened to be the first injection of the bottle.

Seriously, man, keep your cycles few and far between. You have to be careful at your age. I did my first cycle when I was 18, and got away with it, but I also didn't have access to all the knowledge. Nobody can change your mind, but do consider all the advice you get.

Who knows. Warm up the oil under hot water before you pin and inject it slowly. (+-30 sec) If the pip is still there then the BA in your gear is too high.

The pip is gone mostly now and my buddy injected it with no pip and he's usually a bitch about injecting so I think the ba is fine. I must've just injected too quick or moved the needle around too much. And I'm using 22 ga 1.5 inch needles
 
When you take in carbs your body reacts by releasing insulin. Insulin is the most anabolic hormone you can come across. Which is why people shoot it throughout the day (can be dangerous and lead to death. I am not recommending it). Someone else will have to break down the science of it but essentially having raised insulin levels helps shuttle the nutrients you mentioned (proteins, aminos and fats) into the muscle. Obviously you don't want to shuttle fats which is why some people stay away from fatty foods Post work out and when consuming simple carbs.

Some people manipulate carbs and insulin levels by consuming simple sugars like dextrose post workout w their protein shake to spike insulin.

Fats are for your overall health. They help regulate brain function. Which is obv most important for life. If your on a super low fat diet for to long your brain may not be working at full capacity. Your brain is what signals everything in Ur body what to do. So if your breaking down muscle tissue and Ur brain isn't firing at 100% how do U expect to recover quickly.

Also fats help w immune system, hormone function, hair and nail growth, joints, basically everything. Good way to crush your hormone production is be on a long term low fat diet and go into pct. you're body will hate U.

I have read and understand that tren, Increases Igf-1 Output, Increases Nitrogen Retention, Increases Protein Synthesis, Increases Red Blood Cell Count, Decreases & Block Glucocorticoid Steroids, and Increase Nutrient Efficiency, but what makes it so special that if I wanna test tren as a compuond for an addition to test as a second cycle instead of for example, dbol or anavar?

I go to a division 1 university, majoring in biological science and have 2 anatomy classes and have worked with cadavers. So don't make assumptions. I MIGHT understand the human body and how it works better than you

Foolhardy, had to look that one up. I guess I am bold or reckless...

But I am dropping the tren. I am supposed to inject tomorrow, but I'm planning on not injecting it anymore. Is there any special protocol I have to follow when dropping a compound after 2 weeks or do I just quit injecting and run an extra strong pct? I was planning on running a power pct anyways due to my age...
 
Here's some an example of my workout. I'll try to write more of them down. But I have a question about adding in another compound. I was thinking eq and mast but I have a really important competition at the end of May and It takes like a week for me to get my stuff from my ugl. So I was wondering what you guys think about mast p, and npp in addition to my test base?
