Salvaging My Brew

While brewing some Prop I made a major rookie mistake. I mistakenly switched my BA and BB bottles and by the time I noticed, I had just pumped 5x the amount needed on BA, going from 2% to 10%. A little research told me that this would probably sting - a lot. I hate pip, and not wanting my brew to be totally wasted, I diluted with GSO at a 3:2 ratio, bringing my mg/ml down to 40, but also lowering the BA to what I think is a high but tolerable 5%. I pinned a half cc today to test for pip and nothing at all really. Sucks that the potency has gone to hell, but I'm thankful that I can still get some use out of this stuff. On a side note, it held solution very well with only 2% BB added to all that BA before I diluted it.

I know it's a little late now, but what is the highest BA concentration you guys have used without significant pip?

It's not much help to your question but I have never gone above 1% BA in any of my brews. I should add I haven't brewed short esters or every compound available just test e and cyp, deca, and tren e.

I have read of some pharma products that use up to 9% BA, so I might have been able to get away with less dilution but I figured why risk it. Prior to this mess-up I used 2% BA for Deca and Test Iso - both came out great. I know I could probably get away with less than 2% but I'm one to err on the side of caution.

I have not been able to verify that a higher concentration of BA provides any more security or assurance in regards to bacterial growth than the typical .9/1%.

For my tren e I used 1/15 BA/BB and it was made at 250mg/ml in GSO.

There was some EU preparation of Deca that had 9% BA listed. I do not know why. I have noticed that some single-use products don't list BA at all, which leads me to think it is added to most preparations that will be multi-use since the risk of contamination is higher.
