So for the past few years, I just been doing my own thing in the gym. Due to injury, I wasn't able to do a lot of lifts. Now, I am mostly healthy and would like to jump on a tried and true cardiovascular and hypertrophy workout.
Can anyone help this boy get out of his comfort zone and old ways?
I have a few lagging body parts. Mostly my forearms, calves, and hamstrings. I have began to catch my traps up and my calves look better, but there has to be a better way.
