First physique competiton

Was a good rest weekend. Did cardio in the morning and just chilled on the beach during the day.

Was my brothers bday so went out w him fri and sat for dinner. Watching people eat massive dinners and desert kinda sucked. But we made light of it. My brother would talk mad shit while he ate fried Oreos. Lol.

My coach said if I did the comp this weekend that was down here I would've prob won so I'm confident.

Well I'm 1.5 days out. Today I'm under 50g carbs, 1 gallon of water and no sodium. Fuckin sucks. Food is bland as shit and I'm used to drinkin 2-2.5g of water.

Will be carbing up tomorow for the big day and gettin my tan. I'll try to post pics soon. Feeling confident I'll do decent. Got my posing down and it's just working the details of diet, tan and food.

Yessir it is. Now that I have my estro in control the tren sides aren't bad at all. Really only thing I get is wierd dreams sometimes. Besides that I'm not sweating like a pig or short fuse. Actually feel really good. And sex drive through the roof

Thanks bro. I'll try to get a back pic up. I can never really get a good pic. My lower back is showing striations but it's hard to pick up on cam. My back is a weak part though. That's why I'm tryin to get my waist tiny.

I bought trunks this weekend. It's hard af to find the right size cause my waist is like a 30" and im 6'2 but I have a big ass and legs so it is really tight around my crotch and doesn't look good. If I get a bigger waist suit then it folds and falls off when I tie it.

I was at the nationals in miami too.

when I was down in florida I met a guy who did mens physique.. He had to get his shorts taylor made,apparently a lot of the guys did it.
 
Im starring down the barrel of a potential first tren run. Would you say 350mg is ample or would you have went more?

I built up to it and I'm glad I did cause my estro spiked hard. 350 seems pretty good. But to be honest I would have loved to bulk on it. On my refeed days my body completly changes. I haven't had many but I've never responded to refeed days like on tren. It's just different then test only. So I would've loved to know what bulking was like on it.

It's also strange since I've got my estro in check the sides are minimal. I got worse dreams in the beginning. But now they're only mildly wierd, but I'm not waking up drenched in sweat, or shortness of breath. I got slight tren cough twice but wasn't to bad. I'm also really relaxed. No short fuse or angry at all. I've actually become much more centered and focused.

When I run it again I may bump to 500mg during a bulk.
 
Well today is the big day. I got my tan on yesterday, registered and got to see some of my comp. I def don't think I'm going to win but I'm not lettin that get to me.

Carbed up a little yesterday so hopefully I fill out a little. Pre show is at 930am. And I'll be eating some pancakes soon to fill up.
