First physique competiton

Well today is the big day. I got my tan on yesterday, registered and got to see some of my comp. I def don't think I'm going to win but I'm not lettin that get to me.

Carbed up a little yesterday so hopefully I fill out a little. Pre show is at 930am. And I'll be eating some pancakes soon to fill up.

Wish me luck
Good luck brother and congrats for walking on the stage!

Well prejudging is done. I'm happy but also pissed and also a little confused.

We were sent out in groups of 5. And I was in last group. Did individual posing then group comparison. In the group I was put in the middle and stayed there. Now my coach says that was for all of novice group and I might take first but I'm not sure. So I'm happy and confused about that. I'll find out later tonight.

The open group I was in top 5. I was at the end. My coach said I looked the best but I fucked up my posing by leaning back to much in my front pose and flattened out my abs. So hopefully I can make up a little tonight. Doubtful though.

When I left a group of girls from anther team called me out by my number. Sayin they were cheering me on. Askin if they could help me bring my bags to my car. I was like damn thanks for the support. They have a team w guys against me and they're cheering me on and tellin me I'm inspirational and shit. I was taken aback.

Time to make up ground. Meso needs #1 in novice, #1 open and #1 overall. There was some muscular dudes though so it'll be tough

So I figured I'd track my progress through my first competition and also first run w tren.

I decided to do this comp on Monday of this week and the competiton is april 25. So I only have a few weeks.

I feel like I'm on track bf wise but I would love to have more size. I was trying to put off my first competition for at least another 6 months so I could get a good bulk in before. But I figuured fuck it.

The cycle will be

Test prop 350/week
Tren a 300/week

I'll bump up tren if I can handle it and drop test in the last week.

Not sure how diet will be as im leaving it in my trainer/coaches hands.

This was my first week of prep and it started horribly. Tuesday I got sick. It was either bad food poisoning or flu. Ate about 300 cals Max on Wednesday and Thursday. I'm feeling better today so I'm gonna ease back into my diet and training.

My other concern is my chest is heavily covered in colored ink. It takes away from the depth, shape, vascularity of my chest. Does anyone know of a way to cover it up?

Current stats are 6'2
207.6lb after starving from sickness for two days.

I'll post progress pics.
Dermablend. Covers tattoos flawlessly. I Know I'm late on this but just figured I would mention lol.

Sounds like things are going a little better than you anticipated. Sometimes we are our own worst critics. Good luck tonight, bring it home brother!!!!!

Well boys and girls I was in two classes ( novice tall and open tall)

I came in first in novice tall but runner up on overall novice.

I came in 5th in the open class.

So I left w two trophies.

I'm happy w getting both places. But more importantly a shit load of people came up to me and asked for pics w them which was wierd for me but very cool. And got so many compliments from people.

So I didn't get overall but I beat a lot of other people and did get a first place

First pics is me collecting 1st place novice tall.

Second and third pic is the same just zoomed in. I'm on far left.

I found a vid online of me doing a pose down for novice overall. Was pretty cool.

Does anyone know how to rip a video from ig?

That rear pic you blow everyone off the stage. Rear delts are strong and defined. The tan really brings out the detail.

In the other pics your larger chest really shows from the competition and last look great from the front.

You are definitely more prepared than the others on stage with you in those pics

Great Job Luca, IMO the judges had an easy decision. I looked at the pics before reading your post and thought the dude on the far left had it easy.
