So I was on test cyp pharm grade 200, sust 250mg, and tren e 100mg x2 a week blood pressure went crazy and had a heart attack 2 nights ago all tests showed no damage to my heart it was a very small attack and was told to take it easy for a couple days and I'll be back to 100% so stopped cycle I was 9 weeks in and had no results from the gear I'm guessing bad gear my question is next cycle would test cyp sust and hgh be better for me to run I'm a fighter so I need to keep up good cardio. I have had 3 cycles 1st 2 just test cyp and sust had great results the one I just ended was with the tren and from a new lab. My goal is to gain strength and mass while keeping low body fat

9 weeks in and no gains at all? Being your 3rd cycle didn't that seem alittle odd? as for having a heart attack whether major or minor u may want to take it easy for more than just a couple of days. Good luck tho.

yeah it seemed odd as hell but wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt before I made the call figured maybe it just wasn't as good as my local guy had next time I think I'm gonna give pharmacom a shot read pretty gi e reviews on them I'm staying of gear for awhile but going back to training next week

Damn crazy, curious what lab the tren is from? And are you sure you have pharm grade test?

Just wanted to say im glad your ok. And take it easy for awhile - dont go to crazy on the weights when you return. Slow and steady for the next little while anyway.

any thoughts on which one caused the raised blood pressure sust or tren e I was running super low on the tren but sust has never raised my no before or does it really just boil down to that lab didn't agree with me?

To me, jintani seems like cheap Chinese garbage. Who knows what the could be in there. Glad you are ok
thank you and after I started the cycle I started to see bad reviews but it is hard with naps cuz so many people want their discount and don't care to tell the truth

Bc a "raised BP" does NOT cause a "heart attack" in isolation, absent a complete evaluation by a CARDIOLOGIST to determine what risk factors you have for ASCVD and the post MI status of your coronary arteries, you gotta be NUTS to return to ANY exercise routine.

Goodness have you at least had a "Exercise Stress Test", like where they hook up a bunch of wires and monitor your heart while your running on a treadmill?

Fella you better FORGET about any PED until this situation is fully clarified.

However MAYBE it is "clarified" but have chosen to omit the rest of the story.

Glad you are ok. Take it easy man. What was your Bp before they admitted you?
before cycle my bp was 120/60 when the paramedic checked it was 210/115 they gave me nitro so when I got to the hospital I was at 180/99 now I'm down to 142/87 that's where I have been since 2 weeks into this cycle

Holy shit! With a blood pressure like that you're lucky you didn't have a stroke. Consider your self lucky man and think long and hard before starting any unsupervised routine without a docs blessing.

So the heart attack happened Friday night around 1am I had to leave the gym after doing 1 set of deadlifts on the way home called 911 and pulled truck over when I got to the hospital I was doing better but since I live in a small town the sent me to the city and did a cat scan stress test and kept me on a heart monitor last night they said my heart was strong and they saw nothing wrong and said it much have been the preworkout I took I didn't tell them about the gear and I have been taking the same pre workout for 2 yrs so Idk it's kinda be the gear

Listen to Dr JIM.

You need to have your doc refer you to a cardiologist so he can figure out why this happened and find out / diagnose any other issues. You also need to be honest about anything you feel might have been a factor, such as AAS use.

yeah I'm very lucky and honestly it doesn't make to much sense to me it was super high for only about an hour at most and no damage what so ever docs say there's nothing to worry about but seriously to me that was kind of a big deal really want to know wtf caused it when I have always had very steady bp and no heart problems I'm very active I train 6-10 hrs a day and never had anything like that happen

NUTS!

What then was their diagnosis of a "heart attack" based upon, enzyme changes?
No offense but this story just doesn't make sense from a diagnostic perspective, your missing important info fella.

Don't know? Then find out by requesting a copy of your hospital records which must include (at the minimum) an ADMIT DIAGNOSIS and most importantly the DISCHARGE SUMMARY!

Incidentally were you admitted overnight OR discharged directly FROM THE ED ???

I'm listening for sure I have an appointment with my normal doc tomorrow I saw a cardiologist at the hospital and that hospital is mainly focused on cardio issues that's why they sent me there so if my normal doc can't pin point it I'll go see another cardiologist just wanna talk to my doc first cuz he already knows I run gear
