Ok update I have been playing 3-4x a week I picked up another league more of a rec. league. Recovery is a bitch hip flexors and lower abs are sore ALL THE TIME. Ankles, shins from getting gashed blah , blah, blah sucks getting old. I am 42 and still working it out there though wasn't cheap to get me to handle this but worth it. Still cruising on Test about 300mg ew. Stopped the Gh I am getting ready to go back on though and also picked up TB500 to add to this Gh run. I dropped one day last week to 236lbs but went right back above 240 hard for me to stay down. I know BF is dropping on the good days the abs are showing. Alll the cardio is keeping me eating too many carbs and not nearly enough protein. I am lucky if I squeeze in 100g of protein in a day. I am enjoying playing the game I love, my legs are shredded but I miss crushing it in the gym plus the diet that goes with a clean bulk. I spend quite a bit of time thinking about my next cycle in August. There are plenty of logs in here that make myself long for that next cycle. The good thing is before this next cycle I should be around 235-240 and 10-12% BF this will be the best shape I am in pre cycle in a LONGGGG time so this next clean bulk I am planning on crushing it. 270-280 will be in my sights. As far as as sports related longevity I think I also have found what works bes(for me)....one thing no more nandrolone over hyped and the negatives out weigh the benefits. Gh has proven to be superior IMO as far as athletic performance is concerned along with low-moderate Test for the muscle recovery it has proven to keep my old ass moving. Shit every now and then I can still make an eye pop and a draw drop out there.
@element00 I have been playing CM can you believe that. My superior passing skills have caught the attention of others. Only for a half though my friend 6 yd box to 6 yd. box is a ton of sprinting. Played an African team last week those guys had me running.
