Well since youre a "manufacturer in china" does that mean youre gonna be a new source on our board? (Sorry bros dont mean to hijack the thread)I have never heard of anyone pressure cooking gear. You can use a pressure cooker to sterilize vials and stoppers. Then DRY them as they'll be wet from steam. The only thing needed to sterilze the media is BA at 1% and a micron filter. Put that in a sterile vial with a sterile stopper, you don't need further sterilization.
Ideally, you're also filling in a positive pressuer environment, but I don't see that being the case.
Looks like someone here can't grasp the ideAYou do NOT vent vials when autoclaving. Otherwise you got the process down basically n
I dont know you so im not going to doubt your credentials but you gotta come correct on here man. These guys will chew you alive....I apologize for not making an intro before posting. I was hoping to keep OP from either ruining his gear or doing something that has no point.
So if the vials are sealed, what is the point of autoclaving?
You don't autoclave after you fill vials. Your gear will be ruined, likely blowing the caps and stoppers out like bullets!!!
WTF?!
Tell me I am misreading it because I keep reading hoping it says something different
