Tren doesnt scare me as much as a lower calorie diet does:eek:

im hovering around 3500 now. Which makes me want to bite my fingers off. Ill slowly start pulling more out.

Im gonna start having big salads so i can feel full. Im already reducing my whole milk consumption. Replacing it with cottage cheese which renders less cals. Im replacing my carbs at night with green shit and thr only complex carbs i have during the day is lunch which usually is rice now or maybe sweet potatoes.

Fruits have become my biggest source of carbs for now.

Tuna and chicken are becoming a bigger part of my diet due to the lower cal count. Out with the hamburger for now :(
To stay full, you need to drink a shit ton of water all the time (cold water). That way you're not thinking about food

I just drove damn near 1k miles in my rig today...I don't need tren for that

I gotta work up to that shit. 15 each made me crack under exhaustion. Im not worthy. Id like to work to 20 sets each.

Close grip bench
standing barbell curls

Group 2

Preacher barbell curls
seated behind neck extensions

Group3

Cable hammer curls
pressdowns

Good news is I can close grip bench 225x13 and hold that rep count thru all my sets. ENDURANCE BABY. I bet I could close grip bench 300x1. Kinda surprised how strong my triceps are even tho they aren't that big.

Time for a monster and a shake and a trip to verizon to upgrade to the galaxy 6s:)

All In all 15 set bi 15 sets tri

I used these specific exercises in this specific order. Using the biggest compound arm mass builder movements and slowly moving toward more isolation movements. Unquestionably close grip presses and standing barbell curls account for the best chance at building arm mass. This are first. Then as I already wrote. Go on down the line
 
Damn son, I'd say the cut is working nicely! Once you shed the rest of that you're going to look absolutely huge due to the low body fat illusion.

Question , drinking all the water that we do and you driving a truck, do you piss in a jug non stop while driving ? Lol
