Another way I do this is spread ham slices allover a baking sheet , lightly smear some tomato sauce (or catsup) mixed w/ Italian Seasoning then top w/ low fat Mozzarella cheese , lots. Bake 400/5-10min.... Just like real pizza !!

I never thought about that as an option. Thanks man!!!I think we have to include low-fat Mozzarella cheese as well as Swiss as a good lo-cal diet food . With 80 calories/oz and basically the same profile as an egg (80cal vs 78cal egg) and with 2 more grams of protein than a egg (8 gms protein vs an eggs 6-7gms) its good alternate diet food ....
