Ok cool, that's some good training pointers there. The spotter idea for lat PDs is pretty great. A few of my buddies go to my gym now so I have access to a spotter from time to time.

My version of RFL is super similar. I usually just add some sort of low-calorie sauce and lettuce/onion to the chicken and I'll throw in a whey shake or two when I don't have the appetite for chicken.

Instead of maintenance weeks, I just take a maintenance day more frequently, because I feel like I'll lose momentum on a full week. But I like your modification of maintenance mode where you basically just add some carbs/fat back into the identical diet, so you don't change your behavior at all, really clever way to approach. I think I heard Lyle say that he structures his own maintenance days like this recently.

just ask anyone in gym honestly. its like 30-45 seconds of their time. i had many people as spotters, they just need instructions.

you can do cheat reps, forced negatives past failure, dropsets, sloooow 4-5 second negatived, many methods to make it hurt more :D

honestly i just eat plain chicken. dry, oversaltef and with too much spices & habanero. nothing more on plate. i dont have issue with it (thanks tirz), ive been eating that for 2 weeks straight. whey shake with milk every morning and 2 servings of chicken daily.

idk yet if one full week will be enough or too much or too little. on such low kcals youwill crash your metabolism sooner or later and you need carbs to offset that. so for me personally it makes sense to add just rice to chicken for week and then remove rice

tbh when i know i have 0 other options than chicken i dont cheat or think about it. im hungry? okay i can est same dry boring chicken. no tasty carbs. no sauces.

buuut clen & 6-10 espresso's per day helps. high level of energy and its stable. training volume is bit down but intensity is still hugh, everything until failure. 2-3 warmup sets then one all out. frequency is still the same

man i havent been updating my log for while. ive dabbled with anadrol, plan was to run it for last 6 weeks and i lasted 3. lethargy, 0 appettite, ive lost 3,5kg on it ... so, that was THE point when everything went bad.

cut was planned for february but i decided i hate how i look (big, strong, bloated, inflated look) and decided to cut earlier and more aggresive.

i have bit of issue (or not?) with one important kidney marker so i will test urine and retest blood in about 2 weeks. if it will be ok, then its cause of GH and i will probably add bit of mast at some point... will see.
