I'm so fucking excited to start my cycle. Pinned first shot yesterday on Sunday. I'm going to log my cycle here during this 18 week journey. I'll post before and after pictures as well as blood work 5-6 weeks in.
All gear is from pharmacom. This is my cycle plan.
Wk 1-4 dbol 30mg ed will increase if needed
Wk 1-18 test e 300mg twice a week
wk 1-16 eq 300mg twice a week
Wk 5-18 hcg 250 iu twice a week
Adex .25 daily, standard Clomid and nolva pct 18 days after last pin.
This is my 3rd cycle and first with eq.
Stats: weight 198lbs, 5'7, 14 % bf and 29 years old. My goal is a lean bulk. I would like to lose some body fat during this cycle as well. I'm going to eat above maintenance but lower carbs and raise fat intake. I'll be doing more cardio then usual on this cycle to aid with fat loss. So I'll be consuming 3400-4500 calories. 400 g protein, 250 carbs and 150g fat.
Any input is appreciated. Like I saidthis is my first run with eq so I'm not sure what to expect but I'm looking forward to it. I've been anticipating this cycle for awhile now and am excited to finally get started!
