Bicep width.

Well I'm impressed either way. If you were able to do that many reps with no rest or pausing.
If you knew me you wouldn't be at all surprised , i am a true gym rat, been in the gym working out at a high level for 30 years

Nice, I'm going to start Monday. Are you doing it exactly how he says in the video?

No, I started doing it before bed but changed that after a week of not being able to fall asleep. I don't just go right to bed after training and I'm wired. I just make sure at some point in the day I get it in, if its a training day it'll be rt after I train another bodypart. One thing I have noticed is I lose feeling in my hands more, like pins and needles that occasionally wakes me up at night. I'm guessing it's from gripping for so long during sets with all those reps. I'm probably coming up on the 1 month mark in the next 5 or 6 days now. Haven't taken a tape to my arms yet, but let you guys know how it goes

Sweet man. I only did it for about 4 days. I started to get some pain in my elbows. I may try it again though.

I was wondering how many of us are still doing this. I still am, i love the pump you get from this but like demon says cant fall asleep right after.

I started this last night, yeah I had problems falling asleep. I might try a going 30min b4 bed, I literally did my sets and jumped into bed. Also took 20mgs dbol, that probably didn't help me fall asleep. I also felt like my arms were kinda flat and small this morning, they seems fine now; maybe it was all in my head, but I'm going to do a casein shake about 1hour b4 bed, do my sets, creatine then bed. No dbol at night.

I started to incorporate this at the end of each gym session. Amazing pump I do it with 15's no rest although I do 60 reps tri and 60 reps bi, works good for me and is extremely painful on the last set. Like set off lunk alarm at planet fitness painful!

Another week has passed, how's this working for you?

I have been doing it for 17 days. I only use 10lbs and finally got 3 sets of 50 for both. I will not measure my arms until 30 days. But I have notice they look fuller all the time. Plus my shirts are getting tighter in the arms.

Interesting. Have you guys found it negatively effecting your other training? ie your regular arm day, or when doing rows or any pulling movement etc?

I might try it out! I wonder about adding a tri movement too, to try to spark overall arm growth and not just bis

Nope does not effect my regular arm workout and yes you are supposed to do tri's as well. Lay down on your back and do tricep extensions, mad pump!!!

interesting read this was! definetly going to give this a try.

to the people that tried this how did you find it? measurements gone up?

I just started, this is night 4.. It's fucking painful. ~8 minutes of nonstop burn, there's no rest. Shit better be worth it!! I'm doing 60 tris/60 bis with the 15s. Next week I'll bump to 70 reps each set.

DemonDosage has been doing it for a while. He said he was going to measure but haven't heard from him.

I can only imagine the insane pump you get with this. I thought the fst7 kicked my ass on arm day. I need to stop being lazy and start doing this too. Let us know how your progress goes.

Your right about that Ozzy !!! The pump is insane, its the reason i still do it. Love checking out my arms in the mirror when im done.

Thats like me at the gym. Ill look swole as shit then come home and look deflated. Ill have to man up now. My arms are the least aesthetic part of my body, I can never get that bicep peak.

my life story in a nutshell hahahahaha, get home and feel like fucking betty bop once pump gone lol

For dumbbell curls I have been alternating were I place my hands on the bar. I either go to one side of the dumbbell or the other, up against the plate. You really feel it hit specific areas of the inner or outer head of the biceps doing it this way.
