how long do you wait after being to pin?

I usually wait at least 4 or 5 days before I inject newly brewed gear. One of the first times I brewed, I pinned about an hour after I was done. Nothing happened, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Thanks, so generally the purpose of leaving it a few days is to let the BA kill and possible stuff still in there?

I brewed it 36hrs ago, so tempted to smash it in now lol. I'll to hold off until tomorrow if it means its more sterile?

BC BA is a bacteriostatic agent in concentrations of less than 15-20% (depending upon the solvent it's combined with and a few other factors) waiting would NOT make a difference in cultured bacterial counts.

It's MOA as a preservative diminishes bacterial multiplication "probably" by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis.

So really there is no "need to wait' exclusive of reaching solvent equilibrium, which should take no more than a few shakes and minutes.

To that end "PRESERVATIVES" should never be considered a viable means of sterilization bc they only prevent further pathogen contamination. Sterilization then must be achieved thru other means such as ultrafiltration.

Ergo one should NEVER decrease the number of required filtrations and use a higher BA concentration as a substitute for "sterilization"

I've pinned same day, but like Jim suggest everything was sterile and a .22 filter was used. I would be comfortable drawing and pinning my gear as soon as it were capped.

lord knows I'm not complaining I'm already too hot regular and already have insomnia I got this from off a guy in here he brewed it and the bottle he sent me is really light it's not red or orange at all kinda like pee it's darker then my test but still. I'm new to this but 5 days on and I don't feel nothing beside a sore ass lol $100 for 20ml 100mg bottle

Probably brewed in mct oil. That'll make the tren lighter than if made with grape seed oil. If you're not feeling anything by week 3, it's not tren. Or it's very low quality.
