Had a hard time isolating the tri's today. It's never been my forte but I'll figure it out. The movements for tris always seem so unnatural. I think that's why I struggle.

I picked 3 back exercises and worked thru it. Nice and slow reduced weight and pinch. Develop the muscles less momentum :)

I'm now 256. Hard dieting and tren has me doing exactly what I wanted to do. Proof is in the pudding. Just wish I could have more cardio. It's there when I have time. I try but that's life.

Felt good today. Found out that one of the gym gossip ass hats got booted recently for being creepy to the ladies. Serves him right. The guy was all shit head. More concerned with why others were succeeding and what ever bad shit he could summon up to spew hatred.

I'll tell you what. When I'm up working out at 0300 do you REALLY think I'm here for social fucking hour?! Do you not understand I got 5 hrs sleep and I'm here to out work your lazy ass. People like this make no sense to me. And they shouldn't succeed. It's not in them to do so.

Any way. Those are my thoughts. Another fuckin day another fuckin dollar.

Well today I did 2 compound lifts
Dips
Hammer seated dips

And the isolation exercise I did was lying dumbbell skull crushers. I tried them in a couple variances. Hated them both. I always hate tricep isolation work. It's an unnatural movement to apply like that
 
I like dumbbell hammer skull crushers that full lockout is a bitch towards the end. Ya a lot of exercises for triceps are odd motions especially on the elbows. You don't do much tri's on the cable machines?

Oh ya. I been doing Pushdowns for a hot minute now. I switched it up. I'm trying to make myself more proficient at other tricep iso movements. I like seated behind neck Dumbbell extensions (2hands, 1 dumbbell) those are nice.

I love dips and close grip bench. I can apply power naturally like that. Maybe it's my long arms idk but the tricep iso work is hard to get used too

My favorite thing to do when I get shredded is to eat shit like donuts and whatever else in front of people that don't know anything about dieting. Especially with shirt off in example a bunch of cheeseburgers and other shit at a pool party, etc.

They are always just like wtf ughhh you're so lucky omg blah blah!!!!

No I'm not lucky, I just know how to eat at a deficit. Oh and uh, the tren helps with that too I guess [emoji57]
 
I just noticed it when I got home and walked thru the hallway by the mirror
. I saw some thing that startled me. ABS. And I could see em! I sweat a ton today and have been the entire last week. That combined with very clean eating and low calorie foods has me meeting my goals.

That being said tren and 95°+ does suck. In fact I keep my AC on the 6 setting in my cab. My back still sweats clean thru. That's how much the tren makes me sweat.

256-260 and abs. Who'd a thought:D

I'm nearly able to do 100 situps in a set now on the decline bench. Getting stronger!

So I find myself an all new low of 254! Which is good. Some fat on the lower pec is gone and it's fuller and tighter to the skin. Abs are here. Not great but it's a start. My waist is very small now. Even my last notch on my belt (32" notch) is loose. The hip flexors and mass of the quads and ass are more prominent. Thanks to the smaller waist and lower bodyfat.

Ok ok, today I did more of a powerlifting squat routine. Getting away from the painful 20 rep squat routines and anything that requires me to enter cardio zone. If yall remember I gassed out last week on squats and felt demoralized. So I kept my reps at 5 or less today.

Honestly all reps were perfect a2g. I corrected my issues with my previous best of 425 and now am able to get low low low and not keel over. If you remember my video you know what I'm talking about. I could easily get 455 this time I believe. Now that I trust my lumbar can handle the weight and have corrected some form issues I adopted as a measure to overcompensate for my back I think I COULD be pretty close to 480+ if fresh. Not bad considering it's no longer my M.O

Trying to make up 2 workouts in one so also I did

Standing curls
Standing skull crushers

3 sets of each with 55lb

Mostly for a feel good pump. Missing 2 days makes my arms feel limp and insignificant. I needed a boost :)
