Bicep width.

I try not to work my "arms" too much because they are already so damn big! Lol it's genetic though, I remember when I played sports my team mates would make fun of me when I put up my hair that I was "flexing" haha!
But I never was I just have naturally what most girls don't...which is that "ball" at the top of the bicep. A lot of girls biceps are long and don't ball up like that, but mine always have. On the flip side, I have to starve myself and do 38 hours of cardio a day to get abs...Le sigh, curse you genetics.

Measured mine though because they are exceptionally muscular right now...I can feel them on ALL my t-shirts now...and they weren't always that way!

I measured 14 1/2 inches. Definitely the smallest mentioned in this thread so far Lol but that's probablyyyyy a good thing ;) They need to settle down though and stop growing and give some of their magic to my non-existent abs!

Infinitely jealous.

Put the tape around my arm today and came out 17.5 on the right and about 17.2 on left (was at 17 a month ago) I think I'll do less bar and more single arm dumbell curls. I have been inconsistent with the rich piana program but I have found a killer isolation for biceps that I think has help my gains. Spider hammer head curls light weight 15 to 20 range. Hang at the bottom and squeeze at the top. I've never seen my viens grow so much doing these this last month and the pump is downright stupid painful.

The thought just occurred to me that people might say wtf is a spider curl so I'll explain. You need the right type of preacher curl pad, the kind you usually can sit down on adjust heights etc. You flip it around use the opposite side the flat side so your arm hangs down with the back of elbow and tricep flat against it. Its complete isolation and if you keep the back of your arm flat there is no way to cheat. I tried this in the hammer curl position with 25lb dumbbells (light for me) and I fell in love! Sometimes I even do this no rest drop sets down to 15lbs and I feel like I might explode my bicep its so horribly but satisfingly painful.

@smashfit I'm trying to picture a lean 14.5 on a few athletic type girls I know, and damn I'm thinking that must be huge on a smaller frame like theirs (and yours). Fuck the "norm," embrace that shit!

@rigs03 Thanks Rigs![emoji16]yeah they are ridiculously huge right now Lol I'll try to get a good picture and post it here!
I should have measured them pre-cycle just because I'm curious how much they've grown. I can only imagine how much they would grow if I did a BB style type of training or a focused program like the Rich Piana![emoji33]
