This will be my second run. Starting weight today, 206.5 lbs
I am a 38 yr old man.
5'6" started running gear last yr in june or july, cant remember.
There is a log here that has all of my growth, stresses, changes, pics etc.
Some pretty funny shit!!!
The really cool part is that, hard work, food, sleep, preparation amd determination are amazing things with a (as mine was) semi regemented program of additions.
Yes, gear is a PART of the equation.
I'm a short bastard and some guys say shit like "oh, you don't have far to go" or "you will just grow from sleeping" you get it.
All of us short cats have heard it.
Anyways, i am short, a healthy youngish, old guy that likes to think I'm not so old and can't still rape my wifes willing self without spit or lube....what?????!!!!!! ;) ;) ;)
To the program...
Test p, on my days on. At least 25 mills daily as a pre.
Test c 500 mills per week,
Tren a, 600 mills per week at least.
N.p.p at least 500 mills weekly,
Anastrozole on hand as well as Prami and Toremifene.
looking for thoughts on these doses.
I am sure that there are many vets alongside babies that will tell me different thoughts.
If you want to tell me not to run both N.P.P and TREN A together....haha, enjoy the silene.
Yeah, food...lot's and lot's and lots!!! I eat like shit and can't stress more than anything else that i would ne as big as popeye if i had the craving to eat.
So, as of today E.Q is out for intake and this is what I'm going to run.
I cruise and blast and will be honest and have mostly blasted from june or july untilfeb. Crashed my t that was at a natty 170 and 180 a yr ago but didnt go lower than 200, needed to be at 198 in order to get rxd test. My primary said i can do whatever i want.
I'm going to run this fucker!!!
Woekout...yes, i do this damn thing!!!

I will be looking at different routines and shifting amd changing some of the ideas and opinions that i started with last yr.
Foegot to mention, i only got a gym membership 2 yrs ago but have been a custody of the state for a long time on and off and have learned a few different things.....
Muscle memory is a bad mamma jamma and i have some.

Yes, i like to do drugs but don't any longer.
Yes, i am gonna be as big as big as the Priest that is Lee!!!!!! ;) ;) ;)

I want to remember to add pics of not just my self centered ass so i will be doing so. There might be a pretty flower, a pic of a dog or cat, my wifeys hott ass, who knows!! ;) feel free to also throw down some good stuff guys!
I'll also be asking for help, thoughts, ideas so please don't hesitate to show your love and ideas on routines, food, supps etc. Like i said, in my intro, this is only my second log. I've only been reading, learning, experiencing and really buckling down for a good yr. I went to the gym for a yr before i started gear so i had a good idea of where i wanted to get to but damn, additions are pretty cool if we do what is suggested. Rite before i came back last summer i had been out for a good 5 months and i fell to shit...theres pics to prove it ;)

Didn't mention the lab because it is a private one at this time. Not sure if anything will change here but i have been happy with the gear that i have run since Jan or Feb.

When i started last yr i didn't really believe my bro when he told me i was going to grow and morph into a big kid with muscles like i hadn't had...AS LONG AS I TOOK CARE TO SLEEP, EAT, WATER AND TRAIN MY ASS OFF!!! That bastard was rite!!!

This was taken about 2 weeks ago. I was out for the last 2.5 weeks nursing some shoulder, elbow stuff. Yesterday was first day back in a bit and it was so damn killer to be back in!!! Thanks guys! It's been a long time coming from being a strung out junky fuck for all of my adult life plus a few yrs as a kid. This is going to be a great blast as long as i can keep my cals up....I've been fucking starving these past few days, happy!!

Heres a pic and a thought.....well, a thought first.
Today i went in and took a longtime friend that he and i were a product of the state. He is and was a super skinny youngster, me well skinny but drugs had helped.
I celled up with him amd we had a little regemented program, burpies, waterbags ,sink work etc. He ate the shitty food amd gained weight, not fat, muscle.
The other day he asked me to take him to my gym.
Well, today was it.
Haha, i went gently but i am already sore (second day back after a couple weeks) so i know he's a mess.
I went easy and just told him to focus on squeeze, breath and form.
We were there for a good 2+ hrs. He fizzled.
I made sure he ate after, watered a plenty and tucked him in...;)
It's a good thing when we can support and show someone that theres a better life.


Now, I'm fucked off so he must be.
Did back, seated rows, deads,pulldowns, bent rows, shrugs... then went on to biceps....then some tris...
i need to break my sorry ass back in and he was there for a fucked up ride!! ;) ;)
In all seriousness he already called and thanked me and said he's ready for tomorrow! Badass youngster.
He wants to jump on but i told him at 24 he still can grow so much in a few yrs and to wait.
