Holy form...

I've read that you should be able to fit your hand between the belt and your stomach. I'm able to. Also, I'm able to breathe in all the way. I think I just have sensitive skin as I've always bruised rather easily. When I loosen it one notch, I don't feel like I get adequate pressure.
Double prong?
 
Yup. I bought it years ago when I first started getting serious about lifting and I've just never found it necessary to buy a new one.
Double prong belts are known to bruise your ribs because when your body compresses around both prongs act like stabilizers and belt cannot be "folded" where lever or single prong can.
 
Im an Inzer lever user as well. went with the 13mm and i fuckin love it. Wished i would have went with 10 as it took a long time to break in and get used to the 13
