Been asked about my diet...

6am - 4 to 6 Egg Whites, 2 pieces whole wheat toast and a shake

9am - 1/2 cup oatmeal or 1 cup Cottage Cheese

Noon - 4oz chicken, 4oz Sweet Potato, 4oz Green Beans, Shake

3pm - Same as Noon w/o the shake

4:00-5:30 gym

Shake immediately after gym

6:30-7 Dinner - Steak or Fish or Chicken, Salad

9pm - 1 cup Cottage Cheese
 
I think your diet looks good especially if getting lean and mean is your goal. Otherwise i personally like more veggies and fruit in my diet.
Sure hope you start feeling that gear kick in, i have a good size order on the way!!!!
 
I agree on the more veggies, gonna add spinach to my egg whites and such, kinds scared of fruits due to sugar, thoughts??
 
A little bit of fruit post workout wouldn't be bad to help replenish everything you just depleted. I wouldn't over due it if your trying to stay lean

It depends on which fruits you eat. Dried fruit is the worst and you can steer clear of high glucose fruit such as grapes, kiwi, banana, mango and apples. I think fruit has its place in a healthy diet. Unless youre a diabetic you should be fine. My fridge is always full of a wide variety of fruits and veggies.

^^^^beat me to it , but also i have a sweet tooth and eating fruits satisfy this craving. So instead of a snickers bar ill have a nectarine, peach or maybe a bowl of strawberries with cottage cheese and of course i love to start my day with a papaya filled with cottage cheese great for digestion and great for overall health.

Yes me too, its a great way to go if you have a sweet tooth. Ive been at single digit bf with a lot of fruit in my diet. Right now Im eating a lot of whole, raw foods and shredding bf.

No. Its because miller got a good batch. But it seems everyone state side got underdosed. I have nothing against uk or any other country. I just figured. how could millard get a good batch? And meso usa members not?
