1st cycle log test c 500wk 12 weeks

So today was day 7. I've taken .50 mg adex ed for the past 3 days. Today my joints are kinda crunchy. So I'm gonna start going .50 mg eod. I've also taken 40 mg nolva the past 3 days. Gonna stop the nolva today though. My nips are back to normal I think. I know guys say you can't see or feel test yet, but I know for a fact I see increased vascularity. And I'm up 6 pounds to 198. Mostly water I'm sure tho. Or glycogen stores going up maybe. My strength is the same tho. Wanted to say a little about my training regimen. I do a 5x5 program. I usually train about an hour and 15 mins. 2 days on 1 off. Upper body/ lower body/ rest day. An example upper body workout might look like this

I've been thinking of trying a new program though. My strength is stalled. Ive been looking at what a lot of guys are doing on here. And I just may pick something else up in the next week or two.
 
Today is day 10 still hovering around 198-199. Weighing right after I use the restroom when I wake up. My arms are looking bigger and more vascular. Even knowing its just water, its a major confidence boost. Pip has been a little worse than I had expected. I've spent a few days with a slight limp. Quads suck. I decided to take this week of work. Did upper and lower body yesterday and today split in 2 sessions. 1 in the am 1 in the pm. Recovery is definitely up also. Ready for the real magic too start.
 
Day 13 today, woke up sitting at 200.5 pounds. Feeling stronger and recovery still going up. If someone could offer some advice I would greatly appreciate it. I have some adex from arrow generics. I have a strong feeling it may be bunk. got a order in on some different stuff, currently on its way. May not be in for like 10 more days. So here is my question. How do I determine if the adex is legit? Outside of getting bloods early, cause I wanted to wait another month before I do that. My joints all seem super dry and crackle. And I'm definitely leaner looking, definitely not bloated. But my nips feel crazy again, and the lump which was pretty small is like 5 times the size it was. Could it be bad nolva apxlabs? Anyway hopefully someone can weigh in.
 
Today is day 17 weighed in at 202.5 been sitting there since Sunday. Think it stalled a little cause im back working this week and my job is super physical and it's getting hot AF where I live. Strength is up on most workouts by about 30 pounds. My new adex arrived 2 days ago. I'm thinking I just don't respond to the stuff cause I've taken a whole pill so 1mg everyday and I haven't lost any water and joints still feel the same. (Like shit) But the lumps are still the same maybe slightly bigger. I have some letro on the way and also ordered some nolva cause didn't know if mine was good. I see good things on here about alldaychemist so put in a order. Also the gear I got only had about 8 1/2 ml in the bottle so I'm gonna have to grab another bottle so I have enough for 12 weeks. Other than that no sides to report. Just a few pimples.

I want some protein, fat, and carb numbers. that way you know for sure.saying your eating 5 meals means nothing if your not getting enough protein, fat, and carbs.
 
Day 18 today. So fuck, somehow doing some stiff leg deads last night i pulled a muscle. Think its the teres major. It hurts like hell. Went to the gym right now and it was just a waste. Everything I tried was affected. Still at 202.5 this morning. I've been consistently iceing the area. Hopefully better in a few days.

No worries man. Maybe add in a couple liquid meals, if your having a hard time getting all the calories down. Hopefully you start picking up those gains soon brother.
 
Today was day 20. Gains have stalled at 202.5 I think its probably cause I'm taking it easy on my workouts due to the pulled muscle I got the other day. Going light on the weight, has it feeling a little better already. Hopefully its better in a week or two.
On a side note I've experienced no pip on my last two injections. The quads were painful at first, but I think that's my new favorite spot. also these past two days my face looks bloated and round. My skin is extremely greasy. My libido plummeted today, And I'm all red and flushed looking. Is it possible the adex doesn't work on me. These are pharm grade tablets. I ordered aromasin having it overnighted. Praying it arrives tomorrow.
 
So its day 23. My aromasin was in the mail this morning. I just took it though, hopefully it helps. I think I'm having high e2 sides. Nothing serious. My pulled muscle seems to be recovering nicely.Back to working out full intensity now. Other than that I feel great. Up too 209 this AM. My bench is up 30 lbs. Which I'm pumped about. I feel like an animal in the gym. Took another week off work to make sure my pulled muscle recovery is hopefully short. No risk of being fired, family owns. So I'm pretty sure I may take the rest of the month off. Just focus on eating sleeping and training. Also I wanted to add that I've had to adjust my diet. I normally get away with eating like crap. But right now if I don't watch my sodium my head looks round like a ball. And I lose all definition. Only for a few hours though. I'm unexpeirenced but would guess the salt if causing extra bad water retention.
 
A easy diet, Eat Drink Protein 30g+ Every 2 hours, Fish Chicken Beef anything fresh, Tinned Tuna is a Quick fix, Mug Brown Rice, Mug Brown Pasta, Big Bowl of Oats 4 Weetabix 4 Sheradedwheat, All good carbs with your weight its got to be 600+ spread out through the day, No Salt No Sugar, Dont forget your veg Broccoli Banana's and drink plenty of water, Good protein shake 4 egg whites 1 scoop of protein 3/4 pint of Milk crush 2 of the above cereals in it like it soak shake like a beast, the eggs will just blend in you want even notice they are there, Heck of a good for yea, There are loads of other ways, This is just what I do and works very well for me

So yesterday was the start of week 4. Im up 15.5 pounds so im sitting at 207.5 aromasin has knocked the nips down pretty well. Strengh is still climbing nicely. I should have taken it easier on that torn muscle. It is back too being constantly painful. But im just gonna keep lifting heavy. Cause it at least doesn't seem to be getting worse. The aromasin I think also made me less oily. Cause I haven't been in days. And it was getting real bad ,causing a little acne to flare up. Thats about it for now. Oh also the 10ml vials I have only have about 7.5 or 8 in them so im gonna have to acquire an extra bottle.
