I am planning to run my first cycle looking for as much advice as possible.
Stats;
I am 5'11 195lbs 27 years old approx. 20%bf

I have basically trained on and off (mostly due to injuries) for the past 15 years. I am an athlete. I have competed in organized sports such as football, wrestling, basketball and baseball. I have trained in MMA on and off (again mostly due to injuries) for 7 years (wrestling, kickboxing, jui jitsu) I have never really incorporated heavy lifting into my training routine (looking to change that). I have always relied on my cardio. (cardio machine) The little strength I do have is a result of resistance training, plyometrics, and grappling. I am looking to improve my physique and get stronger. I have researched extensively and I have decided to go with a test/tren cycle. So far this is what i have come up with...

10 week cycle:
250mg TestE 3.5 days
100mg Tren 3.5 days
.25mg Arimidex eod
250 i/u HCG 3.5 days (2 weeks in)

PCT 3 weeks after last pin
Clomid 300mg Day1
100mg for next ten day
50mg for last ten days

Trying to figure out whats for pct and whats for cycle gets a bit confusing. Any advice , recommended changes or thoughts?

Here's a good first cycle.
1-12 Test E 500mg/wk
1-15 Arimidex .5mg/ed (adjust as needed)
1-15 HCG 500iu/wk
16-19 Clomid 100/100/50/50
16-20 Nolvadex 40/40/20/20/20
Shots split up 2x a week. So 500mg of test will be a shot of 250mg on Sunday and another shot of 250mg on Wednesday. The same goes for the HCG.
The Clomid and Nolvadex is per day dosages. So the first week of pct your Clomid is 100mg/ed and Nolvadex is 40mg/ed. Then the doses are cut into half after the first two weeks.
 
@Boilermech any reason why you think i should drop the tren? Not saying i disagree i am m open to everything, just that i have been told that it is the best out there, other then hgh (been warned and have considered sides). Also i have been told when you run a cycle prepare to run more cycles, im pretty head strong and i dont plan on running anymore but you never know. Point being from what I have researched your most drastic gains are your first time, i was trying to take advantage. Curiousity kills....
 
Your 27 brother. You have so much time ahead of you to get to Tren later down the road and no one runs only one cycle. After this first cycle of test you will be hooked. You can easily gain 20, 25 or even 30lbs on your first cycle if: your diet is in check, your workout routine is in check and your gear is good.
Tren is the KING OF AAS and as such deserves respect. It can and will mess with your mind, give you high blood pressure, make you sweat like a pig and drench your sheets every night, cause insomnia, extreme aggressiveness, and very poor endurance or aerobic capacity. Some have expressed an over active thought of insecurity with their spouses. It is some potent gear brother and its best to work your way up to it once you have slowed your gains off of other milder compounds.
Your a grown man and I can't do anything to prevent you from doing Tren your first cycle so if you feel like you can manage all of those sides and inject everyday then I say good luck to you.
By the way I would start with Tren A instead of E incase you feel like your going to fall over dead and want to stop taking it. Then it will clear your system faster and the sides will dwindle quicker.

^^^^^thats some great advice right there , i hope you listen but i know your gonna do what your gonna do!!!! I tell guys the same thing , a test only first cycle is amazing. Tren may really complicate things for a first time user.

Good idea to keep it simple just to get an idea how your body responds to the Test E, before throwing in all the other candy.

^^^^ good advice. But also no one has mentioned the high BF. I would not suggest running any test cycle with bf that high. I can give you a slew of reasons why, but i would suggest getting below 15% bf before considering aas. I also almost guarantee you are above 20% if your stating that your currently that high. Most dont even know or use calipers or a scale that reads it out to u. Most of these systems are 5% or more off give or take. Post a pic. I can give an estimate within 2 to 3%. If you dont want to post a pic use the pic below. ...its a good reference guide.

As u can see most people think they are 10% or 15% etc and have no idea that they are way off. If u need more reasons why its not a good idea to run aas at a bf % that high, let me know.
 
@BigShadow im glad you brought this up. In my research, i did discover that you should have lower bf% . I dont know if you read my prior post but that is exactly why i have been cutting right now, exactly 1 month ago i was 225 , on empty im at 205 now. Couple weeks ago my coach ran a urinalysis to check my body fat , so i am pretty positive im below 20% now , similiar to the reference picture you posted. The machines they use at the gym are way off!!!!! When i was competing i was 5'11 152lbs 7% bf but looked no where near your referenced picture but i never incorporated heavy lifting into my routines nor is it really relevant. The thing that hasnt had me press the issue with bf is that when i have asked relatives or close friends that have pinned before , they all tell me basically "that shit dont matter your gonna melt fat instantly" ... i am very interested in WHY bf% should be lower,i find every where i researched says it should but i cant find reasons why so i was starting to assume it was personal preference.... any information on why and advice you have for me is greatly appreciated!
