Alright so im not sure if it was the fina last night or some thing else but I did NOT sleep well. I'll keep tabs on it.
First workout in a week
Arms+shoulders
Dumbbell laterals
Standing barbell curls
Hammer dip (seated)
Reverse curls
19 sets the sum of the parts
Also cramping badly. I wonder if this is cuz I'm not drinking enough h20? Terrible calf cramps. When those huge boobs cramp up believe me I KNOW it. Also ab cramps. Must be lack of water.
Time to eat!!!
It's the Fina. The only way I get a good nights sleep is if I put the air on 67 and only sleep with a thin sheet half way on me.
