Alright so im not sure if it was the fina last night or some thing else but I did NOT sleep well. I'll keep tabs on it.

First workout in a week

Arms+shoulders

Dumbbell laterals
Standing barbell curls
Hammer dip (seated)
Reverse curls

19 sets the sum of the parts

Also cramping badly. I wonder if this is cuz I'm not drinking enough h20? Terrible calf cramps. When those huge boobs cramp up believe me I KNOW it. Also ab cramps. Must be lack of water.

Time to eat!!!

It's the Fina. The only way I get a good nights sleep is if I put the air on 67 and only sleep with a thin sheet half way on me.

I do the same actually. But it felt like I was wired all night. Like I said tho I'll need more than one night to say for sure or not. If this fina shows it's cards my other tren may not be what I thought it was. Time will tell friends
 
3lbs in one week?
Definitely. I run on a schedule thats completely anti bodybuilding. I've done this and more on a typical week when training is on point cuz I usually miss alot of days. I got 9 days here on vaca and I absolutely expect to put that on. Not just weight either ;)

3lbs of muscle in one week? On a cut?
I guess your tren isn't what you thought it was - better.

Oh it's not bunk. This im positive of. I'll have a real solid idea here at the end of 20 days when the fina runs it's course.

The leaner I get I notice it's a whole lot easier to see what NEW muscle I've added too. I like it:cool:

Also since I'm on low test I'm not aromitizing. Like little to none. So any weight I do put on is definitely positive

According to the mass spec its far from bunk.

Ive been wired too . Cant believe the energy I have now , and on less sleep too . The Fina does pack more punch , this Im certain of . Not to knock the Comp ; I think it does the same job , but without the drama/soreness of the Fina ....

Not to sound like an ignorant bastard but what is tren made of other than fina? Comp? What else?

I understand fina is king shit. Don't know about the others?
 
Thats what I think too , but....until you have brewed/used them both you do notice some subtle difference's....
There certainly is a difference I'm noticing early.

Fina I guess is a product of veterinary services so in effect it's probably more effective?

Trenbolone (comp?) Is a powder form? So it's subject to be cut and fucked with? Pretty much like every other raw source?
