Hey everyone just wanted to give myself an intro.

I am 23, 6 foot 195lbs 10% bf. I've been working out for 8 years. For the past 4 years I have been training the most. I workout 5 times a week for about 1.5 hrs. each day.

This is the most of it. I don't count calories at all. Or log my workouts. I realize I am lacking in a lot of areas and that why I came here.


My main goal is to gain knowledge about training nutrition and AAS.
I thought if id been lurking around I should make an account and introduce myself so if any questions came up I could ask them.

Welcome to MESO bro. Listen to @CdnGuy he knows his shit. You will be better off to wait an get these disciplines down pat before jumping all in. Once you have a few more years an some more knowledge on dieting an training you will for sure blow up when you do decide to take that plunge;)
