hello, i am 25 years old. i have trained off and on over the last 3-4 years but i can only say that i have really been dedicated the last 7 months. I do not count calories or know my exact body fat %. I really dont know shit about my diet or nutrition especially. I may have started off on the wrong foot in another post or thread and i apologize for that. I am hear to learn anything you guys have to transmit.
