Today was good. Went in and did back. My wifey and i were in a hurry but we did an hr of fast paced rockin. Was great to be in doing back for the second time this week. By the way, she's a killer in there. Hit tje food store this week and i am committed to eating my 5 meals a day and have been. I will grow! !!!!!!!!!
 
Busy bee I've been. Been in and gaining nicely again. Crazy hot and burning up with the tren, npp and test. Nearly cooked this week as it's hot as shit where I'm at.
Different topic. Last night i was listening to some music and there was an incident.
There was a gentleman that thought it was a good idea to sucker punch a big corn fed whiteboy.
Well, the guy that got punched and almost nocked out got up with a little help from me. I did a little support and told the guy that if he liked to be a bitch he should come over and do that shit to someone that wasn't fucked up and also was looking.
I'm saying this very politely (yeah fucking rite!!) He didn't want to meet a sober person head on so he decided to run away very fast. Well, the guy that got hit chased him down and mopped his ass, served him! I was there in support to make sure that nobody got too hurt..... he was begging to be let up "let me up, let me up" haha, moral...
DON'T SUCKER PUNCH A BIG BOY AND THEN EXPECT MERCY!!!
