What's up guys I've decided to log the rest of my prep here because I'm a younger guy and I think any words from the vets and more experienced guys will help a lot plus in my daily life I don't have many people that support or are into lifting never mind actual bodybuilding. I started this current cycle 16 weeks out of the show I started with test e, eq both at 600 weekly and 50 anadrol daily. Using letro 1.25mg about every third day. This will be my second show, my first show I weighed in at 198 but definitely still had a few more pounds to go to be in great stage shape this time around it looks like I will be in the 205-208 range but in better condition. So I am currently 10.5 weeks out weighing about 216 at about 5'11. At 8 weeks out I will be switching to tren ace, mast prop, test prop. I have a mix of BD tren ace as well as a local source and my test prop is from mass builder pharma. 6 weeks out adding oral winny (local) proviron(Darius) Clen and t3( might be adding some pct shop proviron Clen and t3 also) Gonna start very low w those last two and move it as necessary. Also at 8 weeks out I'll be switching to 1mg of Adex (local source) daily. Around 3 weeks out I'll be adding 20mg daily of halo (Darius and BD) and for the final week bumping to 30 maybe 40.

I'm gonna include some current pictures keep in mind I'm 10.5 weeks out so try not to bash me and say I'm not ready but any constructive criticism is appreciated, as well as any advice or experience info along the way. I'm also gonna update my current training cardio and diet in the next post

My current split is as follows:
Legs: 12 sets quads 9 hams
Chest/side delts/tris: 16 sets chest, 4 side delts, 4 tri
Off
Back and bis: 22 sets 4 bis
Delts and traps: 16 delts, 6 traps
Off
Arms: 14 bis 18 tris
Cardio is every day 45 minutes on the stairs at level 6 keeps my heart rate In the 135-145 range.
Diet Monday-Friday
305 protein 235 carb 66 fat
Saturday and Sunday (arm and leg workouts)
350 protein 305 carb 88 fat

Glutes, hams, calves and serratus .Bring those up while you have this window.Dont add volume to them.Try hitting those areas with more frequency.2-3 x week. Those areas are not bad but they would look nice overall if you got them popping.

Any suggestions for glute movements

Any of the guys that have competed what's the earliest you have started short esters? I was thinking of starting the prop/mast/tren at 10 weeks but idk if that's too soon

lucabratzi. He has a log running up to a show. Not sure if he ever was running long esters though.Maybee you can ask him as I know hes had experience being that he followed through and did the show.

@lucabratzi @Demondosage i know both you guys have competed any Input on how far out to switch to short esters or any input, advice etc?

It's really the difference between coming in as what I call "coming in blind" or coming in steady.

For a guy who is experienced with his own body and contest prep then I see no reason you can't run "normal bulking gear" up to the 6 week out marker. This will give enough time to drop fluid, but you won't get a clear picture until the last few weeks. If diet was tight and everything else was in order then there should be no reason you don't look good by this phase of the game.

For a new competitor then I'd suggest starting short esters at the 8-10 wk out mark. This will allow you to get a clearer picture of what you're working with as weeks get counted down. Running an AI during prep is definitely underrated and I'd be sure to have some arimadex or aromasyn in there throughout prep. I always liked to keep a steady dose of 10-12.5mg/day of aromasyn until about 3 wks out, and then ramp up to 20mg/day the final few wks.

I also drop my test at 2 wks out to shed any last little bit of water. If you're using HGH then drop it out at 30 days out as this also can retain some fluid. Just my take on things anyways

First off, looking awesome. Legs are Lookin sick and you got some good depth to ur back. When you lean out you'll look awesome.

My coach had me switch long Esther late. I think 2 weeks out I went to prop. And I ran it up till the show at a low dose. Prob 250mg/week w 350mg tren ace if I remember correctly.

I was doing physique so I didn't really need to pull that last bit of water like bodybuilders do.

I only did one show. I'm doing another possibly in October for practice. And nationals in November. So I'll be playing around w timing mine too. Similar cycle. Prop, tren, mast. My already thinning hair is gonna hate me.

Hahaha thanks for the advice. It seems my gear use has expedited my predisposition to thin hair but I don't really even care to be honest. Thanks for the advice, did you run any orals or diaretics leading into the show? Doing nationals is incredible man just to be on that stage is a hell of an accomplishment that's really my long term bodybuilding goal is to get to a national level stage thanks for the response brother

Looking great subbing this to learn.

I would suggest working on your side bicep pose. Lift up the chest more will pull in your stomach and make you look wider/fuller overall and you have a great waist to capitalize on it plus arms. Also change the footing to give the illusion of fuller legs. I'm probably not explaining this well. Just noticed it is the one pose that I see a lot of weakness in based off the posing and not the physique.

I see what you're saying for the upper body tweaks I admittedly haven't worked on posing much so far but I appreciate the input that's exactly what I'm looking for. Can you explain what you mean for my footing to make my legs look fuller? Just so I can try it out

No I didn't run diuretics. I had them but never felt the need to use them. I'm sure they can be used in moderation and not be to damaging. I just haven't gotten to the point that I want to use them.

Good luck bro. Keep us all updated
