~Ogh"s Old Geezer Tren Run....

Read "Starting Strength" by ex-PL Mark Rippetoe ( or watch his youtube videos) the man saved my squat , I was ready to toss them 2 years ago and now Ive had zero injuries in 2 yrs and Im lifting weights I never thought I could using his techniques. I was just talking to Doc about this , hes a big Rippetoe fan too .
Im gonna be checking that out, i have a decent squat but i have been getting little injuries when i go over 365 lately " lower back and where my hammy ties into my glute"

I use to have a fear of going over 365/370 , I had a mental block . Then that one good cycle took that fear away , exactly how this tren is taking away all my "its too heavy" fears...

Gotta get me some good tren and see if i cant smash some PR's.
Thinking about doing what you and several guys have done and brew up some comp but still a little nervous, never brewed before but from what ive seen it def looks doable[emoji4]

Odie's had great success with brewing and considering his recent tren run it was a real hit!

Anyone can brew , just like cooking or any other recipe its all about preparation , the right tools and the ability to read a recipe ....very simple.
 
Hey OGH, im curious about the physical changes. What have you noticed as far as BF, and hardness? Im assuming your liking what you see in the mirror!
I know I have added lean muscle but my BF is too high to really see the results . All the more reason to not cycle when BF is over 15% , you really miss seeing half the results . Gonna lean out big time after this cycle ....good post B66.

A good "bridge" between my cycles before my current tren run was 800mg EQ a week. Mind you I am on trt. I kept a ton of lean mass while dieting and burning fat. I dumped my fat levels like crazy and hoped on my comp brew. It worked out great. Kept the body fat at a stand still while I "dirtied" up my diet and got massive gains, breaking strength PR's and waist to shoulder ratio was unreal. It really brought out the "X" look on my physique. Today is day four without my tren dose. I am winding down my test to TRT. Emotional and already notice a sluggish feeling in the gym. I already miss my tren. But, I have a few more packs of the comp in my fridge so I know there is more to come. Stay up OG and be safe away from home my brother.

Just got back from vacation. I'll be starting my first Tren run and log soon. I've got some injuries that are plaguing me. I'm going to my pain management Dr. on Thursday for another epidural injection. My back and shoulders are killing me. I tried hitting the gym a couple times on vacation. My shoulder and chest workouts suck. I can't move any weight. I'm in so much pain all the time. To all you young guys. Please be kind to your bodies when you're young or you will pay the price later.

6 wk update : I'm starting to get the bad sides , terrible sleep drenched in sweat . Funny , the Deca sweats were never this bad.

Also feelings of anger, fatigue & depression come over me a lot . Not fun . I am probably gonna cut this cycle at the 6 wk mark (Sat) .Ive already gotten what I want out of it ; The point of diminishing returns has been reached .My best results was probably the 3-4 wk mark .

I have to agree with steroid expert Bill Reynolds , shorter more frequent tren ace cycles are better & safer then cycles over 8 weeks , this stuff is toxic , don't ever forget or question that...
