Just wanted to introduce myself to the forums. Without getting to deep into details but I am 30 yr male with previous experience using gear. Grew up playing baseball and still play currently. Played my way through college got me degree in business. So sports has played a vital role in furthering my education. With playing sports weightlifting has been a important of my life. It lead an important role of me losing 40 lbs at one point when I feel off the wagon. Well I have fallen off that wagon and use of certain drugs has lead me to Low T. So I ready to take control and get back at it. Picture uploaded is me after my last usage of gear. Its been two years and ready to go again.

^^^ This!

Are you going to get on an HRT dose or looking into cycling once again?

Rookie mistake on the face. Profile pic edited. Admin delete my attached photo please . Opiates is what caused my low T situation. Would be looking into cycling again and not HRT for now. My current stats are 160lbs been awhile since I had my body fat % done. My diet is far from perfect at the moment but I'm in the process of cleaning it up before cycling. Try to keep my calories around 4000 but just depends if I have a game that day and type of lifting I do. Baseball season changes my workout from heavy lifting to more rep oriented. Protein intake I try to get 200 grams or more a day. Supplement regiment currently is protein powder, no xplode, multivitamin, vitamin d 5000iu, dhea, and bout start back up on d aspartic acid. D aspartic is usually part of my PCT but have used it regularly. Workout regiment In general without getting into details is M-chest, T-back, Wed-triceps/biceps,Thur-light leg day, Fri-light shoulders, arm management workouts, sat-cardio, sun-rest/cardio. That's a general idea without specifics, baseball season changes frequency. I usually do a pyramid style workout. Always try to do 10 reps, starting with light weight goin higher each set. Usually do sets of 5. Always warm up by running a mile. Sorry for long post and any errors I'm sorry. Posting from my cell. Thanks for positive welcoming

Attached photo is when I was at my heaviest and not in a good way. Weighed 200 in that pic.

Thanks for the compliment. Lmao that chick name is Candace. She is what we called in the game a "cleat chaser". She had a thing for freshman, cougar of sorts as she was a lil bit older and local legend in the area for it.

@Millard Baker is the one who can delete that pic for you. Welcome to Meso! And good luck on your journey. Lots of help here!

Thanks bro. At the time I was on 12wks of test, 500mg a week with nolva as my pct. My daily calorie intake was around 4000-7000. Honestly I didnt really keep count like I should but tried to focus on my protein intake which was 300+ grams a day. My daily diet went along the lines of this. Wake up-protein shake, small breakfast (granola bar usually before class), protein shake before going to the gym, lift then protein shake afterwords. Then hour or so later when I am not full from protein shake. Eat a high protein lunch, tuna sandwhiches/chicken rice etc. Eat protein bars/granola bars when I had the munchies =). Then dinner was more chicken, fish, red meat. I ate pretty much ate what I want for the most part. I worked out almost every day, but I did a decent amount of cardio on a daily basis. I credit my success to this cycle to my high protein intake and keeping the food I did eat pretty clean. This was my best results to date. I was really strong for my size with bench well over 300. I know typical base of strength that doesnt mean much. But some prospective

Whats up man and welcome. You have a familiar story to a lot of us here. I too was on opiates and afterwards blew up like a fat ass. Good thing we bith had a sports/lifting foundation to get us back on track.

2 years is along time to be off cycle, I coukd never wait that that long. Ask questions and see you on the boards.

@BlownStrength Those pics were years apart. But for my weight loss, it took about 6 months to a year. Lost my weight fairly fast, I credit alot of the weight loss was from cutting out a lot of fast food and sodas. Focused on watching my calories and did a lot of cardio. My cardio during the weight loss I ran usually 20+ miles a week, then did baseball oriented agility work etc. Also ran suicides which are brutal if anyone knows what they are. Lifting weights as well but wasn't nearly as dedicated. Did it all without cycling and no supplements really. Once I lost the weight I still was not happy, so this began my road to weight lifting and looking into cycling. I started getting the proper supplements, protein intake, and educating myself further into cycling/weight lifting. Did this for a year then did a short cycle the first in years. Sorry for the delay and long response bro, thanks for the support from you and everyone else!!

Thanks for support @Mr.B66, @Ozzy619 and being non judgmental. Glad to see there is others who have gone through the same thing and can relate. Something I have not really found in my search on joining my first board on this subject matter. @Ozzy619 You are absolutely right about having that sports foundation to come back on. If it wasn't for my love of weightlifting/baseball I don't think I would of got clean. When I workout regularly I am at my best as a person. More focused, driven, less impulsive, and dedicated in everything in life. Then looking and being in shape just adds to the confidence. 2 years going on 3 is a long time and I cant wait to get back at it. Got my ducks in a row with my supplements, workout routine, and been hitting it hard as I can but its a struggle. Now hopefully my local guy for gear comes through, just been a long time. Whats your 2 cents on stacking, any experience with it? Got really good results with just Test last time

I suggest you learn to count calories because there's no way that diet was 7K calories.. Had to google what a granola bar was and they look like the food that my food would have eaten.
Great job with the weight loss, looks like 30kgs at least!

Thanks for compliment on the weight loss, means a lot @Isaac F. I know how to count calories lol, just wasn't counting everyday during that cycle. But when I was counting it would average out to around that usually. There was days when I would get less than 4k and def more than 7k. Honestly I was constantly hungry so I ate a lot, it was probably on the higher range than stated. Was also playing baseball full time as well during that. Do you think my number was high or low? To me I would say low
