I have been lifting for about four years now and my progress has plateaued. I was considering a simple test cycle and nolvadex PCT and possibly and estrogen inhibitor during the cycle?

Got stats??? Body weight? Stuff like that. Age??? Mite want to introduce yourself too...I have been lifting for about four years now and my progress has plateaued. I was considering a simple test cycle and nolvadex PCT and possibly and estrogen inhibitor during the cycle?
Ahh... I meant in the new member introduction thread, but that's ok budI apologize. I'm new to forums too. I'm James. 29. 5' 9" 179 pounds.
No worries bud. Just did ten long ones myself...I started exercising while I was paying a legal obligation with my time if you know what I mean and I stuck with it and it's turned my life around. So I may be odd about commonly used terminology etc.
That diet sounds good. No sugar or butter. I wish I could do that. The best advice I got for you is what all the vets here at meso told me, TEST ONLY for the first cycle. I'm glad I did it like this too. I knew exactly where my sides were coming from. Again, GET THAT AI BEFORE YOU START! Gyno is not fun. Also, read up on how to dose your AI. Try to get labs to know what levels are. What's your PCT looking like?I workout 6 days a week. Chest and upper back day one shoulders and arms day 2 and legs and lower back day 3. I repeat that then a day off. My diet is pretty good actually I only clean no butter no sugar hi carb hi protein. I'd like to be like a solid 205. my basic goal is to build mass
That sounds good. People have differant ways to dose there clomid and nolva. "Standard Practice" is clomid 100 100 50 50 and nolva is 40 40 20 20. To each there own tho. I'm no expert and I'm basing mine off what I learned from some vets who have 10 to 15 cycles under their belts. If you read and research here at meso you will ALOT!!!I was going to use nolvadex or chlomed possibly both.
There's an introduction section on the forums. Stick around meso and you'll find some good advice and good peeps.Yeah that's what I'm doing. So how is it that I go about properly introducing myself?
Its been good to a lot of us brother. Teaches you to respect yourselfI started exercising while I was paying a legal obligation with my time if you know what I mean and I stuck with it and it's turned my life around. So I may be odd about commonly used terminology etc.
Thank you for taking the time to reply to me and your advice is valued and appreciated.Hello James!
Here is my input, I think what separates the average AS user from elite user is not only understanding the drugs and his/her own body, but the ability to anticipate effects and adapt accordingly. Sure you can find general protocols and follow them (which is what you should do to start) but it is important to increase/decrease dosages, add or remove compounds to achieve the most out of a cycle; and of course this will improve with each consecutive cycle. While I am no pro, and a newbie myself, I see the importance of looking past a sheet of paper with dosage protocols. My point is this: no one can prepare you for a better cycle than yourself (also compound(s) will vary depending on your goal(s)). Hence doing as much research as possible, and giving yourself all the tools you need/may need is key. For example, I had a mild gyno going through middleschool-highschool, thus I knew estrogen/prolactin might be an issue if I did a cycle. So I made sure to be run aromasin throughout the cycle at a higher dose, and even tried to time its intake to correspond when I predicted I was having the highest aromization. Now while I found this necessary for me, there are plenty of people who can run AS's with little to no AI's and sometimes no PCT what so ever. So I'd suggest purchasing even things you only "might" need, and if you don't end up needing it, you can hold on to them for a future cycle or sell them to another user (might be able to even make a profit).
I found reading William Llewellyn’s, "ANABOLICS", helped me a lot. I'm sure you can find a PDF online, but if you can't you can PM me with your email and I can send you a digital copy of the 2009 edition. Also some test should definitely help with those 50 hour work weeks, just make sure to be getting sleep whenever possible. Sleep on the clock when the boss isn't looking and just tell your girl there is not time for sex when gains are on the line, lol.
