Beginner

Thank you seoinage for the solid advice. I train 6 days a week my diet is solid. High protein high carb no junk at all. I supplement with protein creatine daily multi and I use pre workout because I work 50 plus hours a week. Anything else that I could tell you that would help you give me good advice?
First I would just throw us some pics, and then basically tell us what you would like to achieve, and where you want to go from there. Then maybe explain what might be getting in your way, and what isn't progressing.

heck, this wasn't half bad of an intro thread all on it's own! Welcome to Meso!

Ok I went ahead and checked your media page. You didn't really answer my questions, so I'll just give you my opinion on what I have.

I think you are looking fairly well. I think you could go on a fairly mild cut, maintain most of that muscle mass, and look exceptional with getting a bit shredded. With that said I think you would be best off cutting before you run a cycle as well. It is usually good practice for prep for a cycle, but also the results you get will be much more noticeable, and you won't have to stop eating mid way through because you are worried you think you are getting too fat.

You need to ask yourself if this is something you really want to get into. To keep gains and get more gains with steroids, will require you to keep running them once you start from time to time, if you venture much past your "natural limit."

So you could stay natural, look great and fit, and muscular, do little small bulks and cuts but maintain a level of leaness that looks great for as long as you choose. Or if you are after more of a bodybuilder larger type extreme physique you could start into steroids after a short prep. I always like seeing people put in the time naturally for as long as they can, so I commend you for your efforts.

I have been lifting for about four years now and my progress has plateaued. I was considering a simple test cycle and nolvadex PCT and possibly and estrogen inhibitor during the cycle?

First off I'd like to know how you came to the conclusion that your body has "plateaued" ?. It's something to keep in mind because it can be caused by several factors that even AAS WON'T help, e.g diet, training approach, etc.

Moreover, no one here can tell you anything regarding what to take with your simple T cycle better than LABS do. As such I HIGHLY recommend that you go to your family doctor and request some done, it will help you establish a baseline.

Once baseline is established, general idea of your overall health will be known and you can have an idea of how much T to take. If you think something doesn't feel right, labs can be done again. In high estrogen case (relative to your baseline) for example, depending on the cause you then can take an AI.

In all honesty I think I'm just craving the bodybuilders body. My gains as far as pushing more weight have slowed and to some mild degree it's discouraging but I love working out so I'd never let that defeat me. I think I'm just being greedy. I see guys that can't push as much as me that are incredibly bulky and I guess I'm jealous. But I'll keep pushing through the juice probably isn't necessary
